Pros. This is one of the best hotels in Malda. Rooms are very cosy, spacious and well equipped. The city view from the rooms is awesome. The rooftop swimming pool and restro enhanced the ambience of the hotel. Highly recommend for stay. Cons. Let's come to the food options from the hotel's restaurant..I am sorry to say that its highly over priced! I thought it would be reasonable but it was otherwise. I would not recommend any one to dine out here.

Offline prices are almost 40% lower than online. That was major damper when I reached there and heard couple paying half the price for said room. Person in reception informed that offers are going on, therefore the discount. Hotel is located above pantaloons. Ground floor is mall, hotel starts from 1st floor. Staffs were polite and super helpful. Food was good, atleast better than golden park. Coordination is issue. Water in swimming pool was stale, it seems nobody swims. Suddenly on second day, I found tea bags count shifted to 2nos instead of previous 4nos and single towel instead of earlier 2 towels. House keeping simply assumed that since I'm traveling solo, I needn't need these items. Since I was checking out next morning, I was exhausted to raise such issue. Final blow was next morning during checkout. I had used navratna hair oil and it got smeared on pillow while sleeping, housekeeping rushed down with pillow and showed to people in reception as if he has won Sherlock Holmes case and was charged money for supposed damage! My patience hit through roof. That was a very petty policy of hotel and would simply avoid booking there from here on. Paying almost 4k for hotel in tier 3/4 city, the rooms and services were totally not justified. With further Rs500-Rs1000, I'll get lemon tree and mayfair(tier 3 cities). Other than good breakfast and polite behavior of reception, this stay was disappointing experience.

The Hotel located in the prime location, all the staff behaviour was so good. They are very helpful. And the food quality was amazing. Really love the place.

The rooftop decoration was amazing. The staff are very courteous and service is impeccable. Mr Joydip made all the arrangements and were absolutely on point. Coming to the food, 10 on 10. Their Indian and Asian cuisine both are equally good. Had a memorable day.

The Best hotel in Malda town. Luxury and comfort in one place. Basement is parking area and the hotel is on 3rd to 5th floor. Great experience. Highly recommend to all. I would collect the pics for my other phone and post it all later.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Restaurant during our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Souvik Mandol, whose warm and attentive service made our visit truly enjoyable. The food was deliciousand the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I recently ordered Mutton Rogan Josh from Hotel Grand Embassy Malda and I must express my utter disappointment. The dish was served with what appeared to be rotting or spoiled meat, which is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices. This experience has left me completely dissatisfied, and I would rate it 0 out of 5. I cannot recommend your service to others based on this incident. I hope you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure such situations do not happen to other customers in future.

I recently stayed at The Grand Embassy, Malda. And had a very good Experience. The room and food was very good. *Mr. Dhiren Barman was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend The Grand Embassy to anyone looking for stay at Malda.
