Pearl Heights Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pearl Heights Hotel in Malda for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff stood out. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay truly comfortable. The hotel maintains exceptional cleanliness, which was evident in every corner--from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained common areas. The rooms were not only tidy but also well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant yet welcoming, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Pearl Heights Hotel to anyone visiting Malda. A big thank you to the entire staff, especially receptionists, for their outstanding service.

I did not visit their hotel so i have no idea about their rooms or services but visited their restaurant at first there was no peoope except us in that restaurant so we are in a bit hesitation that should we eat there or not but finally we ate and i can say the food was good in taste we ordered buyter chicken it was delicious but i deduct one mark for their restaurant capacity and its ambience it can be better otherwise good restaurant

Experienced bad during Puja. Take away items not upto the mark. Pieces of chicken are very small and not proper. Taste is also very spicy.

Booked this last minute when the hotel we had reserved cancelled on arrival. All the staff were really helpful and kind to us, room was good, very clean with AC and a fan. Short drive from the station, lots of shops, cinema etc nearby. Very glad we ended up here!

Must stay in this luxurious hotel. You will be overwhelmed by their service, good quality, rooms. The location is just 10 minutes by bike from NH12. I was surprised and a big thank you to the Manager. I checked into the hotel on Dashami 2023. There was a procession of all local Pandals and the road was closed. I shared with the Manager, someone with surname - Jana (sorry I forgot the name). After just 5-7 minutes one person came, received and guided to the hotel basement. Very gentle behaviour. 5 star Unfortunately I was so tired and not able to take pictures of rooms and hotels. Must stay if you are planning crossing over Malda Town and planning to stay a night or 2

Extremely clumsy interior. Not even eye soothing. I am totally disappointed with the interior. Exterior looks good. Rooms are too much overpriced. This property is not a star property at all. Silk inn is more beautiful then this high cost property. Rooms are not that much spacious. Food is good. But again rooms are like nightclub, like too much flashy. Interior of this hotel is a messy, raunchy, crummy and fierce. If you stay more than 1 day... Definitely it will make you big headache. I prefer for staying with comfort, look other place, there is plenty of good hotels at much lower price band. One more thing, honestly speaking - most of the reviews are fake most probably. Because no one can praise with this hotel. And it is pretending that most of the person are relatives of the owner.

Average hotel just above the mall and near the petrol pump.

I must give 4.5 to this property . Stayed for my onward journey to doarse . we went and booked it on spot and choose a superior room on 6th floor . The room was neat and clean with ample security ; AC ; light and other accessories . The staff was very helpful and always extended their helping hand . Though we did not experience food at this place but our stay was hassle-free . There is a limited parking I believe but hotel staff can organise it for you . Stayed along with family on first week of april 2023
