Best Place for accommodation in malda. The location is good because you get busses infront of you stay and behind the hotel it's station road. Although the area is very much noise polluted but inside rooms you don't get to know all that. If you want to stay in proper location then you may surely prefer this hotel .

Good budget hotel. Restaurant is good and served quality food. No WiFi. No free breakfast. Room quality is not great. But location of hotel is good. Nearer to station and main bus stop. You can reach very easily at midnight also in hotel. Service is good.

Behaviour of the staffs are very bad. They don't know how to treat customers. Even they don't use UPI, such a pathetic hotel.

i had there on 1st feb. It's a typical begali average hotel. property starts from 2nd floor. Having all type of rooms and suite also. it is nearby ratbadi more flyover and before 420 turn. It's average hotel but number of rooms are more.

I visited this hotel with one of my friend I asked the manager for a single bed room for my friend then the manager rudely asked for the tariff then my friend said that she is out of cash and need to go to the ATM and she wanted to keep the luggages in the room and go to nearby ATM but the manager said she is not allowed to enter the room until the full payment is done... What kind of behavior is this .. Then we came outta that hotel ... It doesn't deserve even one star.. Such a bad experience... Don't go this hotel if u don't wanna face such situations...

Today i paid for ac room but ac not working inform manager several times but no response pathetic service .

The service is very very bad. They don't know how to behave to customers. If you ask for water they fill it from basin, beware.

Medium categories of hotel, AC room available,but size of room not comfortable. Service medium. Not very attractive.
