OYO 48133 Hotel Payel

Rooms are not much comfortable for family but for bachelor is ok. Service is very poor try to move by self for other things.

The rooms are okay. The service was a bit slow. However late night entry was allowed so that's a positive. I would not recommend this hotel for family and kids, but it's very apt for couples or friends looking for an affordable stay.

I stayed there for just a night. It is located in a very convenient place. Another good thing is the price is low. Very affordable. In-room you can just get by. The bathroom is not as you want. They can improve in many ways.

Hotel Payel is one of the most famous hotels in the Malda. Its location is very convenient to access all the attractions easily. With comfortable beds, quality linens, and well-maintained furnishings offers a good experience. The hotel staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful that can greatly improve your stay.

Some staffs needs training for running of Hospitality business. Location and rooms are good. Reception needs improvement. I had to wait more than one hour for the from Even I had already booked it online paid charges online and checked in 6 PM instead of 12 Noon. I called them continuously to inform that I'll check-in at 6 PM but nobody received my call. I called more than 10 times.

Don't ever book this hotel, due to them i have to search new hotel at midnight with family and children ...In Berif - I booked this hotel from oyo for 8 oct to 9 oct. When i came with my family and kid , the manager comes out from bar and telling me again and again that i can't give room you are late, we have checking time and all. When we said we will call to oyo and ask them, than he agree to give room, but his behavior is still same and asking money before giving keys.. so i leave that hotel at midnight with my family.. this kind of stupid hospitality.

Located on the main highway towards Siliguri. Hotel is well connected to the popular destinations like Gour, Adina etc. Rooms are comfortable. AC available. But service is poor. Food quality good in the adjacent restaurant.

Location of the hotel was good all communication services available infront of the hotel...Service was good. Nice behaviour by all the staff. Cooking was not so good.
