Hotel Silver Arcade Premier

This is overall a good Hotel in Malda Town and just 2 Kms (approx) far from Malda Town Railway Station. Rooms are well clean, Room service on time. The only regret with Reception team. They're just pathetic!!! Took 43 mints for checkin and 37 mints for check out formalities!!! Hotel authority should review.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior of your staff, particularly Mr. Tanmoy in the F&B department. Not only was I not informed of the last ordering time, but when I placed my order after the deadline, Mr. Tanmoy was incredibly rude and confrontational. His language and demeanor were completely unacceptable. Due to this experience, I would never recommend your hotel to anyone.

Very poor location. Food was good few months back but now it has detoriated. Restaurant Manager was not properly trained as to how to manage customers.

Room had everything I needed. Nice bed, perfect bathroom.|Friendly staff. Perfect possibilities for food and drinks during all day. Good quality food.|Hotel is not far from the trainstation and I did most walking from the hotel and otherwise many tuktuks are just around the corner.

Now the interiors of the hotel are renovated. Looks very good. The staff is very friendly and cooperate. The room service is prompt. The food quality is very good. Only the inside of the lift has to be renovated as it looks very old and doesn't go well with the present decor. Hope this will also be renovated soon. Another suggestion is to provide a covered parking space at a suitable location.
