Hotel Royal Park

Such a bad hotel in malda.basin tap is not working properly, Geyser is not working , Staff behavior is good but they are not efficient!!! Requesting hotel authority please take care on it...otherwise this hotel should close as soon as possible!!

One of the biggest hotel of Malda, Separate complete building for hotel on national high way on the enterarance of Malda Town. Spacious room, with all amenities. Few suits have fine wooden work as antique work. Rooms are bit dark and lack of fresh air and light, not well ventilated. Service is good, inside food available but not recommended. Location is good if you have own transportation, main town is bit far from here. If like antique furniture then this hotel is recommended.

Avoid. Reception staff sleeping at Reception sofa, foot on the table etc etc. Lift did not work. Rooms looked like ghost rooms. Parking outside hotel premises. Best Avoid.

Good hotel in Malda town, value for money. Staff was very helpfull. Room service was superved. Room was spacious, with attached toilet. They offer parking space. For few nights, I will recommend.

Malda doesn't have a lot of good hotels, but Royal Park is definitely one of them. It is located conveniently on the main road with easy access to public transport. The rooms are big with spacious and comfortable beds, wooden chair and table with granite top, a medium sized fridge and an electric kettle. The bathroom is neat and tidy with tiles finish and is equipped with a geyser. Each room has air conditioning and a wall mounted TV. The staffs are courteous and helpful. The rooms come with complimentary breakfast. The hotel has their own kitchen and the food is excellent, in terms of both quality and flavour. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I definitely recommned it for its hospitality.

No idea why this hotel does not show good review but I found it quiet satisfactory. Large and well ventilated rooms, decent and reasonably priced food. Space for car parking was adequate. However, rooms on the lower level may be noisy. Located right on the highway. On the negative side, on my last visit I have found that the rooms badly needed a coat of paints, ACs were working but cooling were not at all satisfactory and in the prestigious suit the the plumbing fixtures were broken.

On our way to Dooars from Kolkata we spotted this hotel on NH34 in Malda which is adjacent to Rabindra Bhaban and Gour Banga University. A decent place indeed to stay. Very neat and clean with all facilities in the room with reasonable tariffs. Staff are quite cordial, polite and prompt to provide servicel. I liked the professional approach of Mr. Santu Ray (possibly the owner) who had been found to be extra vigilant to take care of the guests. Surely shall stay here only during my next trip and also recommend to others.

They provided us a suite, supposed to be the best in this property, but non working tv, non working fan, non working shower, only plus point is the quality of food and room service
