Hotel Purbanchal

We stayed in Purbanchal just for a night for 6 members. We were very happy and surprised the way of service they have provided, even though rooms are bit older it doesn't have any bad smell or lack of cleanliness. It was very decent room with all amenities, good service, good and clean room, good food

Foods are fine in the restaurant..But I don't like the biryani,they just fry the rice and add kaju,kismis to dt..If dy learn da proper recipes of many foods,dn foods will definitely taste good..

Food quality is good but No hygiene.very dirty

One of the oldest hotels in Malda. Currently the rooms are not properly maintained and very few food items are offered.

Love the food.. really good place for family gathering. Food quality is good not so spicy or sweet. Love the Chinese dishes. Fruit salad is too good; it's a must try in summer. Fish fry is also good a must try dish if you love fish, but the price is bit high. Rest mutton and butter chicken is also recommended.

Tiny bar but good ambience with good food.

Good service, good location but the rooms have remained the same over the years. Even in their highest category rooms, the shower doesn't work, the basin has a rusty tap, towels are soiled.

One nice hotel in Malda town. Moderate price range. Rooms are available in your capabilities but congested. Toilets are required cleanliness and hygienic conditions. Room service and staff behaviour is average. Needed renovation and up-to-date management system overall. Authority have to do something for customers satisfaction and services. As because end of the day customer is everything. Hopefully awaiting for betterment and improvements of healthy living environment before the society. Administration and management have to strictly surveillance over the public oriented places for a better tomorrow.
