HOTEL PAPILIO

Rooms, washrooms are clean, staff very friendly and well mannered. Food is pathetic in taste be it fish, egg or snacks. Seems they don't have a bengali cook. Egg curry and Fish curry tasted same, they just used same curry for everything and fish was deep fried to cover up for the old stock refrigerated fish. My recommendation is stay is very good at this price point, cook needs to be changed immediately.

I went for lunch with family. Awesome ambience, very good food. The servers were courteous and suggested good menu. One should visit with family to have a good time.

Had a pleasant stay here during our trip to Malda. Well connected place, Totos and Autos are available all the time. The service road leading to the hotel requires to be improved, but that is not upon the hotel. The staff behavior is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious, service is quite fast and effective. The roof-top restaurant service perhaps need a strong handholding, but the food quality was satisfactory. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

It's a really nice experience on the occasion of Saraswati Puja. We came here for lunch and enjoyed the food. Most importantly they have been taken care very small small things. Exceptional Hospitality in Malda I had a wonderful stay in Malda town, thanks to Mr. Manoj Barman at the reception. His warm and professional service made everything seamless, from check-in to addressing my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my visit enjoyable.
