It's a good and safe hotel offering freshly cooked meals

Rooms were good, with decent space, and clean enough. Service was also fine, nothing special, but not bad either. They even suggested giving us an extra bed if we needed.

Located in Malda, just behind Petrol pump and beside Bazar Kolkata. Room sizes are average, service is also average. Altogether average hotel.

Soft Bed. Good Rooms.

It's a new hotel and to be honest I was very pleased during my stay here.. The rooms are really nice and the staffs are very courteous.. They have there own kitchen and they prepare homemade food.. There aren't many hotel in this place who serve you with welcome kit but this hotel does.. The rooms are priced very well and don't overcharge you at all.. Only demerit that I could point out is they have to be told for cleaning up the room and some days they did not clean the room or changed the sheets even when I had requested them to.. Otherwise everything was nice and i am sure I will stay here every time I visit Malda.

From Morning no electricity and even after informing generator was not switched on. Changed room once due to non working of ac and broken hand shower. All bathroom gadgets are poorly maintained.

Overall hotel was good but room was very small and not clean as expected as per location. Food was excellent, maid authentic bengali food, taste was excellent.

A quite nice homely place well attended having good food, bed, toilet and services where you can Or will feel safe, secured and comfortably happy. You can truly depend upon.
