Hotel Mallika

The location of the hotel is not very bad....the service was five star. The food was so delicious that I can not describe it with my spare words, just to say that it was fully flavorful and the appearance matched it's taste... The problem was that the bathroom sink's pipe was missing and there was no almirah for storage

Dining in is supreme pleasure ! Good place for formal and informal hang outs and visits ! Quality food and services provided !

The staff Behaviour is very bad. We present at Bar shop but the staff switch off the lights and ask to go forcefully before finishing the drink at 10:50 pm. This is so insulated to a customer. We will never sit at that bar from next time and also ask most of friends not to go to the Mallika Bar. We will expect from others to refuse this Bar shop.

The hotel staff exhibited exceptional service, being both friendly and responsive. The convenient location from University of Gour Banga, further added to the overall positive experience, with easy access to nearby attractions and services. In terms of value for money, I felt the quality of the room exceeded the price paid. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable stay.

The place is very good for having family dineout or bar both, the interior and the staff's behaviour is equally appreciated

There is a Bengali Restaurant in this hotel called "Gopal Bharer Rannaghor" which is excellent. Their special veg thali for 199 is really delicious , a little over priced though.

Room Quality is good... Bathroom is clean...Lift is also available for up-down..Rent is also reasonable..Hotel Staffs are well behaved and co-operative..

I had my check out today. It was a good experience staying here. Non AC rooms at reasonable budget are available here. Reception as well as others stuffs are helpful. I guess for UGB freshers students fresh and first visit to the university its a good choice. It's within a walking distance.
