Hotel Gitanjali

When I leave my room in the morning, I deposit the keys before leaving. Today when I came back to my room in the evening, my earbuds were not in the room. Along with the cleaning of the room, other things are also cleaned. It is very good. The staff here is very good. Is there any safer railway station than this?

The behaviour of the receptionist grl was not good, Bath room is not good condition & Blanket is not useable! I can't sleep at night, so I was late 30 minutes then they asked for extra money to receptionist personal account, she shared a scanner to pay.

Good hotel .Nice to stay for 2 to 3 days .Sea is partially visible from the sea facing rooms.rooms are big.Staffs are cordial,but they are more interested

Request you to Please read my review Last 7 months before i stayed in same hotel that time i booked through MMT & Now 20/01/25 booking through yatra, they even dont care about reviews please think twice before booking this hotel, Hotel management if u don't want booking online then close it we are paying enough for 1 day I came early at 6pm I already told that i will reaching in that time i informed them 1 day before from my arrival after arriving few rooms were available but in reception there is lady who came in around 8pm & guy who is there from the beginning they just giving rooms to offline but who booked through online they will say please wait rooms is unavailable after that i got room around 9.30 am room were not good smells like a dead pig, room size is ok in bathroom there are many wires very scary in pictures u can see please Its a humble request please don't fall for 5 & 4 star reviews when you will reach on reception that lady & that guy will not entertain you they will please wait in lobby area they are interested in only offline booking if you book offline then they will give you 5 star service, few rooms were available but they denies if some one is seeing my review please check other hotels many more great hotels were available in good prices in good location & please don't fall for this they have 2 hotels in malda & raiganj I stayed at both hotels, I humbly request to hotel owner or hotel management if you don't want online booking then you should remove your hotels names from online booking sites apps. Please remove & Please note we are paying you for stay & Your staff thinks we are staying for free please give then proper training let them know that when ever anyone who is doing booking u are getting the money worst experience ur staff were very much fushtrated & doing gossips all time they even not intrested to entertain third class service. Dear all who is seeing my review please think twice before booking other wise fater that you will face many issues please think twice before booking u will find many hotels in good price but dont fall for 4 & 5 star ratings....

The hotel staff were very uncooperative. I booked a room at a lower rate by speaking to the manager of the hotel first. Unfortunately, after arriving at the hotel, we came to know that the manger had quit the hotel. The manager had promised to offer us a discounted rate per night, but when we spoke to the hotel staff, they refused to contact the ex-manager to get clarity and didn't also help us. Later we booked the room at a discounted rate on Makemytrip. The present manager/owner declined to even talk to us, when we insisted on talking to him on this matter. Also, the range of choices in the breakfast is extremely limited and now it is served only in hotel rooms, although there were arrangements for a buffet breakfast earlier. This makes it easy for the hotel management to refuse to offer food items to the guests in the desired quantity. Even though the room rate hasn't decreased, the hotel management has made these cost-cutting policies. The room was also unclean (see the photos below). ABSOLUTELY UN-RECOMMENDED!!!

This hotel is quaite good, and the services is ok.

The room was very dirty . The behavior of the staff was almost fine. There is no parking space and all the things in the room were dirty. The AC was not working properly, the hot water bottle was very dirty, the tissue was dirty, the tea bottle was dirty, the geyser was not working, my experience was very bad

Receptionist(lady) behaviour is very very bad, they are fighting with customers, for their wrong entry. And behaving very wrongly.
