1. Time of breakfast I asking for a Sunnyside up in water (Water Pouch ),they inform that today it is not available.But after sometime I found it's served to other guest. As a guest it's very embarrassing to me. 2. Room service are very slow. Several time made phone call to room service number no one pick up.
