Continental Lodge

Over all experience is too good. Everyone is very prompt in response. Service is really good. Foods are delicious. Specially I must thank to Mr. Bapan Haldar, GM for all his whole hearted support.

The stay was overall good. The location was also great. The food was okay, but not great. We had lunch one day and most of the dishes had uncooked food in them. As I inquired about this, I came to learn that they were busy preparing food for a party and hence they didn't get the opportunity to prepare the dishes well in time. But if this was the case, they should have closed the restaurant for others. It is better to disappoint customers than to have them eat something that can make them sick.

No parking available at all, booked it for marriage for groom side, they didnot inform anything beforehand, on the wedding day when we arrived they said our bus wont be going to the lodge , we have to book toto!!!!.... I mean when you guys know everything about permissions why dont inform your customer earlier who booked like 25 rooms? Just to get some business? Frauds

Bad service, geyser doesn't work properly, kitchen and food services are bad, rooms are not cleaned properly, the service people doesn't bother whether you are getting services or not, extensively high charges in respect to service and location

Very old hotel at Malda but still they feels old and needs modifications immediately. Tarrif is high as far the facilities are concerned. Food is upto the mark.

Good Hotel for business trips. Service is good and staffs are very cooperative and friendly, taking care like family.

Bad cramped room in the name of the executive class..not even a geyser in the bathroom..a single tea bag was provided for a double bedded room..recommend to avoid this property at any cost..very very bad experience

Overall good, situated at prime location just opposite of Malda Government bus stand
