APARNA GUEST HOUSE

One of the worst hotel I have ever checked in. The rooms are dirty as hell, the bed sheets are dirty. The room is full off cockroaches, They provided us with Hit spray to kill cockroaches lol. Bathroom flush system was not working and Pan was dirty. No water available in the bathroom. They rely on water provided by the municipality which is provided on specific time and they store in their reservoir and at night from 6..7 pm to morning 8 am no water availability. Such worst experience I have never faced

*OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE* IS RECEIVED IN THIS 'GUEST HOUSE' ON 24TH OCT'24 BY OUR 'GR OF XVI' DURING OUR 'RETURN JR' AVAILING 6 NS 7DS 'DREAM TRIP' OF S-C-E-N-I-C NB BY 20-SEATER TEMPO TRAVELLER . WE BOOKED 5 'SECOND FLOOR' ROOMS FOR 17 GUESTS AT THE M-O-S-T 'AFFORDABLE PRICE'. WE WERE 'REALLY ASTONISHED' BY THE 'HEARTIEST HOSPITALITY' & 'CORDIAL BEHAVIOUR' OF THE O-W-N-E-R ALONG WITH ITS MANAGER & OTHER STAFF. WE REACHED HERE AT APPROX 17:20 WITH MY 'HIGH FEVER' .THE MANAGER, ON REQUEST, ARRANGED A 'SEPARATE ROOM' FOR ME W/O ANY DEMAND OF EXTRA COST. THE 'POLITE OWNER' ALSO MADE SEPARATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR OUR 'COOKING FACILITIES' W/O ANY EXTRA COST. HE MADE 'COMFORTABLE ARRANGEMENTS' FOR ALL OUR GUESTS. THE ROOMS AREN'T 'MUCH LUXURIOUS' BUT HAVE ATTACHED WASHROOMS WITH GEYSER FACILITIES .THE 'PLUS POINT' OF THIS GH IS 'OBVIOUSLY' ITS 'GREAT LOCATION' HAVING 'MALDA TOWN STN J-U-S-T 2.3 KMS AWAY , M-E-M-O-R-A-B-L-E 'ADINA MOSQUE' 31 MNS CAR- DRIVE & H-I-S-T-O-R-I-C-A-L 'GOUR MALDA' W/I REACH. I 'STRONGLY RECOMMEND' EVERY GUEST TO VISIT THIS 'MAGNIFICENTLY- LOCATED' BUDGET-FRIENDLY GUEST HOUSE ( NEAR ENGLISHBAZAR PS) NOT ONLY FOR ITS 'NEAT & CLEAN' ROOMS BUT ALSO TO RECEIVE ITS 'BEST SERVICE' .

One of the worst hotel in Malda..Staff behaviour like he is the owner of the hotel.. my personal experience was very bad The room was very bad and dirty.. they have no parking area.. and the price was so high like 3 Star hotel.. Guys, I personally say please don't go to this hotel.. Thank you

Location wise good, nearby to English Bazar police station, nursing homes and other popular Market. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Cleanniness should be improved. 3rd floor is the reception, no lift, not suitable for older people or if you travel with more luggage. Prices are negotiable, not fix price. Best option to have food in other restaurants nearby. Not much recommended.

Very horrible experience. Dirty smell of room is always ready to welcome guest. Cleanliness is below average. No towel no drinking water. Littered side table reminds you that you committed a crime by selecting this hotel.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms were extremely untidy as well as the washrooms. The behaviour of the staff wasn't upto the mark and he showed no proper response to our issues.

This is a very bad hotel. I booked this hotel through make my trip app according their term and conditions but at the time of check in they asked for extra money and after paid extra money they didn't allow me for chake in. I full filled their all term and conditions but at the time of check in they didn't allow me for chake in. The manager behavior with customer is very bad. I request for a room but they denied. They just cheat with me.

One of the worst place to stay in malda, I would rather sleep on the footpaths than staying in this hotel , room very small but they taking huge price, room walls are dirty no soverness is there and dirty everything, I have booked double bed room but they gave me single blanket only, no tv in the room switch board inside bathroom is hanging with wires inside the room all lights not working and no ceiling fan only one wall fan and very much noisy place no privacy at all and they keep your id cards until you check out I mean the original id cards they will not give you until you are checking out, worst worst worst
