It was a very pleasant experience. Food was superb. Mr Sushil Sarkar was very attentive to requests and made an extra effort to fulfill them. Thank you for an excellent effort in promoting tourism!

Great place to stay in large and open rooms amidst green forests. The staff especially Sanjay is so friendly and make every effort to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to the Manager (Owner too??) who is so friendly and accommodating, even going out of the way to prepare the food of your desire. Prices were just right and food was great. Just enough parking space for 4 wheelers. Located just off the main road/highway gives easy access to the resort. Was very happy to stay the first time, I returned to stay the second time.

The best place to stay at jaldapara.. the rooms and the property is excellent with a prime location.. the service is top notch .. it is a huge property with lots of amenities.. also the safari starts from here so you won't have to go out to get on the safari Jeep.. definately recommended..

Myself somehow suspicious about this booking. But after reaching the hotel my mind changed . There are 4 cottage each has 2 rooms , one in ground floor and another in Top. Rooms are spacious, cleaned and well maintained . Bathrooms are well decorated and clean. A small garden in-front of each room. Service is good. Hotel location is middle of village from NH approx 2-3 km. Approach road to Hotel is village road approx 500 mtrs but 4 wheelers can go easily. Just adjacent there is tea garden . Manager Mr. Sushil is good person and always approachable . Food quality is awasome. Overall experience is Good and fully recommended for family person!

A very good property of West Bengal tourism but highly mismanaged. Managerial staff are very much uncooperative. Food is the worst among all wbtdcl hotels. Needs to change the cook immediately.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The toilets were stinking and poorly maintained, the rooms and food were overpriced, and the menu offerings didn't match their quality. The manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional, dismissing concerns outright. To top it off, the fish I ordered for dinner was stale and improperly cooked. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone--avoid it at all costs!

It was a really well maintained property. Rooms were big, clean and well furnished. Service was good. Restaurant food was good too. 7/10 my rating.

Well maintained government property,services ,food and behavior of staffs beyond expectation.want to visit again.
