Jaldapara Tiamo Resort - A family resort in Jaldapara

Room 103 where I stayed had a broken flush, we had to use the toilet and pour water through buckets as done in primitive times. The rooms have tin roofs which heat up quickly and there is unbearable heat in the room in the afternoon. Add to that, there is a weird placement of a window near the ceiling from where the sunlight creeps in. I mean what is the point of keeping a window like that. Apart from this, there was no phone or anything to order in room service or ask for water or anything. They did provide towels, extra blankets etc so no complaints there. The fan in the room hardly worked and this contributed to the bad room experience. Apart from the room, the resort itself was alright, the location is honestly nice! I mean who wouldn't want to stay in the middle of a tea garden! Great experience there. We had a bonfire night and the guys organised it nicely. Food: Breakfast- no effort was put in really. I mean I ordered Bread Omelette: they gave bread and omelette separately lol. The omelette appeared undercooked most times. Dinner was done nicely. They cooked really well. Swimming pool experience was fun. They have a sweet seating area. The lighting could be better.

Behaviour of the staffs were very rude. Though they prepare rice for other guests, we did not get plain rice on request for my mother. Evening snacks were in limited quantity. There were lots of insects inside the room and there was no remedial solution for it. We faced scarcity of water and hotel staff turned on pump only after informing them. Basic amenities are missing here. To make it even worse, there were frequent power cuts and no provision of ups. Owner should take care of all these issues else no one will like to visit the resort again. Manager is very rude and did not address the issues properly.

Service of this resort is excellent especially its food. The staffs are very friendly and always in a mood of serving its boarders. I wish its all round success. Thanks.

Tiamo resort is on the lap of jaldapara jungle.which is far away(6.5,km) from jaldapara hati safari as well as Jeep safari counter.Rooms are clean and cozy.Most of rooms in cottage has queen sized bed.It has clean swimming pool which is chargable to use.please before booking negociate about Ac,gyser and swimming pool extra charges. The group of boys caretaker are effecient and always ready to help.Nice stay

I stayed there for 2 days, Room is decent.. Service of the employee is Good especially the Manager is well spoken and smartly manages the system

Beautiful location of the resort and well maintained too.excellent service and the manager was very helpful.overall we all had enjoyed our holidays.

We all had a wonderful stay at the Tiamo hotel. The staff were very helpful especially the Manager. Overall it was one of our best experiences.
