Dooars Reina Resort

Our family get together was held here. Rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Sanitary fittings in the bathroom are of modern quality and have all the amenities. Food is also delicious at reasonable prices. Neora River and Lataguri are near from here.

A great place to stay ... A little away from the main road but peaceful with a very friendly staff and almost all facilities.. Overall a worthy place to stay

Very bad experience it was. The owner was rude and kicked us out from the hotel in the middle of the night creating a scene, he was drunk and his manager was drunk, very uncooperative people. I'm never ever going back to this resort ever, even if some one offers me money I will still not choose this resort and I will suggest everyone to avoid this resort

Please do not believe the good points in the review. The resort is not at all good. There are no proper bathroom. Flushes are broken. Food is not good. Service is very bad. The owner is rude. If you want to leave in an emergency you will not be able to. He gives threats calls police. Does not respect customer. You will be at risk if you stay here. He will spoil your entires tour. The worst resort ever.

Pathetic experience . Service was very bad . No towel or bathroom kit provided . They ran out of vegetables so couldn't prepare the dinner order which was given 4 hours prior dinner time neither they found it necessary to inform us about it. They don't provide mineral water either . On resquest they asked us to get it from the market . Rooms were not clean . There were cobwebs everywhere. Wont visit it ever again

Best Property with Worst Maintenance. 1 km inside main Lataguri road. Car accessible and toto service is very much available. Booked via Agoda, owner is very helpful and visitor friendly person. But, his property manager is a very miserable man with less experience in hospitality sector. Advantages: If you want peace, calm, serenity, nature, birds and Kanchanjunga; then this is the resort where you will get everything. Food is descent. Disadvantages: But, if you want good room service, clean bedsheet/towel and smell free & stain free bathroom, then please avoid this property. Bonus: From Reina Resort 50 meters distance of Neora river where you can get clean and clear Kanchenjunga View. Even from the property you can get the view, but some portion obstructed by trees. Lots of colourful birds and their chirping will bolw your mind.

We booked Akarshan Bono bunglow from booking.com and the owner called me back and said to settle in Reina resort. As told, we did and the caretaker of the resort was not upto the mark (not attentive, was on phone calls with others and not responding to our queries). The kitchen was closed due to diwali and we had very limited options to eat. The room had used shampoo sachet on the floor, comods didnt work and washroom smelled like drain. The lawn also seemed to be not maintained as there were long grass and we were not able to walk. Only good part is the complimentary breakfast. The cook seemed to be pretty good at her task and fed us nice breakfast.
