Banyan Tree Resort - Lataguri

Everything is perfect, rooms, ambience and service. I think what lacks is Communication, from main road to this resort through beside of Lataguri Station, is totally Off Road... I think There should be some sort of development.

Amazing ambience, all staffs are very supportive , food was awesome. Will refer my friends n relatives to visit must .

Beniyan tree resort room and food quality realy we are satisfied, all staff behaviour very nice, totally homely atmosphere, my brother TINKU very nice person and cooperative...entire Dooars trip through TINKU my group in all respect are very satisfied

Excellent behaviour of all staff, Foods are very tasty, and room are very cleaned. Environment are so beautiful as well as very charming. My personal opinion is excellent. I always recommend for this resort for enjoyable stay here. My overall experience is excellent.

The service at Banyan Tree Resort was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and well-versed in the menu. They took the time to explain the dishes, and ensured that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable. The level of professionalism and warmth demonstrated by the staff truly added to the overall experience.The manager was too good in behaviour and made sure we faced no problem in our tour.

This hotel is very good and ... very friendly service produced and Very Good food quality( after all home made Mother hand food quality) And staff is Soo closely and friendly... sooo please come and enjoy your trip ...

I went with my Family in the month of September with a hope of good stay and experience however it turned out to be just opposite. The rooms that were given to us - AC were not working, Fan was not working, TV was not working, they didn't had Wi-fi connection as it was not recharged. Are the guests supposed to check these and ask to get these fixed? Isn't it the manager's responsibility and duty to check everything before guests get into the rooms??? And I was amazed to know from the manager when issues were highlighted that how would he know that these are not working. Yet he knows how much to charge!!! His behaviour was quite rude and he even raised his voice while he was speaking over the phone while we called to let him know about the issues. He never said Sorry for his behaviour. Our entire vacation passed away getting the issues fixed. The manager had no management skill and ZERO communication skill yet God only knows from where that attitude comes. Instead the service boys were really helpful and have been trying to fix the issue in every possible ways. Chef is good and food was tasty but the Kitchen is the most unhygienic one. Its not clean and hence at night it is being ruled by the cockroaches. I ll NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
