Aranya Jungle Resort

Stopped by for lunch near Gorumara National Park & Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary. Had a hearty meal. All the food items were delicious and light -- (Yes, even the ones you expect to be greasy and heavy). The servers were quick to assist and the service was really pleasant. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet. While the views were beautiful. One perk you might enjoy -- it's right next to the Park. Overall, it was a great experience. One we enjoyed very much

We had visited Aranya Jungle Resort for a mini staycation and the room we booked was Canvas Room, very spacious and all the necessary facilities with AC, Hot water,etc. The best thing was the view from the room of the jungle and best morning serenity. The staff was very welcoming and they were soft spoken with a humble approach. The food was good and the rates were reasonable...I just suggest that the quantity of the serving to be increased so that it could be served at least 4 at a time. Rest i enjoyed their breakfast menu a lot and the snacks were very tasty. Thank you for your hospitality. Will visit soon

We had an excellent experience in Aranya Jungle Resort. Staying in the lap of nature and savoring the moment be it in the wee hours of the morning from the watch tower or in the toned down light of the evening will linger in our minds for a long long time. The ambience, room and cleanliness was outstanding. Staff was polite and helpful.Food quality was good and served in the room in a very hygienic manner which is worth mentioning. The service of the resort employees are they always try to match up to the expectations of the customers and that's rewarding. The behaviour of employees are extremely good, and they always try to fulfil the expectations of whatever is being placed to them. The quality of food is also prepared good.

What can I say. I stayed here for 2 days and My experience is beyond words. The rooms are maintained spec and span.The staffs are very polite and very prompt. The location is just 100 metres away from Lataguri reserve forest ticket counter and very near to market also. Altogether fullmarks to the management. I suggest everybody to consider Aranya resort during Dooars trip

Excellent well maintained resort at walking distance from the Gorumara Wildlife Reserve Ticket counter. Regular cleaning is done. The kitchen caters to all needs with advance notice. The rooms are neat and clean with gorgeous views of the reserve forest. All the staff members are very courteous and provide excellent service. Special mention to Kaushik who took excellent care of us. |The resort has pick-up and drop facility to and from NJP station. Sadhan Babu is an excellent chauffeur who knows the ins and outs of the local roads as well as well versed in the local must visit spots.

We just returned to kolkata from Lataguri, after staying in Aranya Resort from feb/11th to feb 14th. We found the place excellent.!
