Gajagamini Forest Resort

Evening is good i really appreciate there services even I'm the existing customer since 2020 wherever i use to visit Lataguri i along with my family use to check in to Gajagamini resort. But the last year i.e 2024 i booked a resort for my family for 1 night i.e 31st of Dec till 1st jan 2024 and i payed the token amount on the date of 21 Dec 2024, but due to some medical emergency of my family i had to cancel the booking so i called at the resort on 26of December 2024 to cancel the booking and i guess some new Receptionist or a manager had pickup the call and i had explained the situation why i had to cancel the booking but the guy on call had denied to refund the token amount not even 50% and says the there is a policy so he is unable to refund the money, but on the booking receipt the haven't mentioned any such kind of policy. So hence it's a very worst experience in this resort and i have informed before 5 days of check in date but still this thing happened

In the year 2019 February we stayed in this resort with our friends circle. It's very nice to stay there for the Dooars tour . Especially the entrance of wildlife sanctuaries of North Bengal.

We checked in, looked at the room and decided to leave immediately. All three bed sheets were badly stained. Questionable patches. Bath towels were soiled. Toilet not clean and seats broken. Faucet and sink in a disgusting state. Door handle fell off in one room. Power sockets are coming off the wall, dangerously exposing wiring underneath. Lack of maintenance, care and pride is evident outside of the rooms as well. They offered us upgraded rooms but it was the same story with the bed sheets. You just cannot unsee that filth. No apologies offered. It's a shame because the location is good.

Really disappointed about this one. It's just a very good cover of a bad book. Very low maintenance . Wall of rooms are dirty enough, Washrooms are also same. We booked two rooms for 3 days. But only one thing is really appreciable - that is its location. It's fantastic.

Stayed in this resort for three days.Located next to the entry post of Medla. Adjacent small tea garden has added charm of the location. Cottages are well maintained. Food quality is good and the services also worth of the money spent. Mobile connectivity is a matter of real concern. The resort provides free wi fi connectivity for the guests. But, I request the management to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. We enjoyed our stay.

Very poor service and absolutely poor quality food. It takes so long for them to even serve black tea in the morning. If you ask for biscuits along with tea, they simply refuse saying no biscuits available. Standard breakfast of poori and sabji took an eternity to arrive. Food is not tasty either. Value for money is zero.

Such a beautiful place to stay in an affordable range. Location service everything is up to the mark. Behaviour of stuffs and manager is also great. Food is also very tasty and hygienic.
