Hotel Allita is a prime example of how location alone can't save a poorly managed hotel. Despite being situated in a supposedly scenic spot, the rooms are absolutely subpar for the price they charge. The primary reason for booking - the view - is non-existent. You won't get any scenic experience from the room, which completely defeats the purpose.||||Now, let's talk about the food - average at best, yet absurdly overpriced. But honestly, even before the food, the **biggest failure of this hotel is the service**. The staff, especially in the F&B department, seem to lack basic manners and professionalism. One specific team member (whose name escapes me) stood out for being **exceptionally rude and downright disrespectful**. How such behavior is tolerated in hospitality is beyond me.||||Overall, this hotel is a complete **waste of money**. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, it brings nothing but frustration. It not only fails to meet the standards for the price it charges, but it also **disturbs your mental peace** with its abysmal service. My advice? Spend your money elsewhere - **Hotel Allita is not worth the headache**.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Allita Hotel from April 7th to April 10th, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The accommodations at Allita Hotel are nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with modern elegance and thoughtful amenities. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. And moreover the food was pretty amaxing.

Allita deserves full marks in every single aspect. The hospitality of this resort is unparalleled. They welcome you as a team and treat you like a family member. |We reached a little early and since our rooms were being readied, we were given a spic and span room, with a very clean washroom, to wait in. So we rested while our rooms were being readied.|The hygiene of the resort is impeccable. Washrooms are cleaned by the support staff every day and deodorisers are given. Toiletries are regularly replenished. Clean bed linen and fresh towels are provided.|The food is absolutely excellent in both taste and quality. The breakfast buffet is lavish. There are different kinds of cakes, doughnuts, breads, sprouts, cereals, upma, idlis, dosas, eggs to order, sausages, potato wedges, vadas, etc.|Allita organises very good cars and drivers. They are dependable and being local residents, they have good knowledge of local sightseeing points.|We were there for the New Year's Eve party and it was the most amazing programme. There was a DJ night with unlimited snacks and the dinner was just AMAZING!! There was an unbelievable array of drinks, snacks and dinner buffet.|Special mention needs to be given to Debapriya, Rituraj,Arindam,Aditi and Priyanka. The team is super motivated and very devoted to their jobs. |There is karaoke music every day, hikes and activities for children.|We have visited Allita twice already and will definitely go back again. It is the best resort that we have visited till date in India or abroad.

During my stay from April 5th to 8th, every aspect of Allita exceeded my expectations. The accommodations, characterized by their contemporary elegance and attention to detail, provided the perfect sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate. The room was not just a place to sleep but an oasis of comfort, complete with plush furnishings, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The culinary journey at Allita was nothing short of extraordinary.

Nice property far from| darjiling . An hour and half from| Bagdogra brings you through some tough terrain to beautifully laid and nice rooms . The food was outstanding and staff very accommodating and helpful . Go there witj extended family or freinds and once there don't forget to visit Makaibari tea estate . A word for some good support from the sales executive Sadhna Thakur who was very responsive in handling some issues witj cancellations and refunds . Resolved satisfactorily.

The ambience, the well maintained resort is a treat by itself. The best part is the courteous staff all around. The food is fabulous. One must experience to have a real feel. The evenings are never boring as you get to enjoy the live music. Or you may experience the tea bar

The experience was just awesome, it is a great place for relaxation, if you are looking for a place far from busy noisy places then this is the place for tranquility and serenity. This is a great resort with fun filled attractions and worth mentioning about 2 gentlemen who are very polite and very helpful- Arindam and RituRaj . I liked the dinner area ( tree house) in midst of nature .|Only one thing - only airtel works and no other carriers.|But overall it was a great experience and I would love to visit again

Excellent Hotel. Very Helpful Staff and courteous. Location is very beautiful one side it has mountains and other side valley, it is around 700 mtr above kurseong. They arranged an Jammin season with Bhanu & Gagan which was really very good. Food is also excellent.
