This hotel is in a very good location in GT road. Staffs are very polite and kind. Below the hotel there is a Reliance mart so it is in the prime location. Food, medicine, etc shops are nearby. They have a lift. Rooms are very good with geyser. Parking space available. The only catch is gate is closed around 12am. So calling the staff and get the gate opened during winter is challenging. Overall nice stay.

During my recent official visit to Kulti, I had the pleasure of staying at this charming little haven, and boy, was it an experience to remember! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and impeccably maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after long days of meetings. But what really sets this hotel apart is its phenomenal service, particularly from the manager, Harsh Gupta. Imagine this: It's ridiculously late, and I'm frantically trying to get some last-minute printouts. Enter Harsh Gupta, like a knight in shining armor (or rather, a manager in business casual), who not only helps me with the printouts but even offers his personal laptop for some urgent document editing. Yes, you read that right. He went above and beyond to ensure my work was top-notch, all because I insisted. Now, that's what I call dedication! Harsh's warm and welcoming demeanor was incredibly reassuring, making me feel right at home even though I was miles away. His commitment to guest satisfaction is the real cherry on top of this delightful hotel experience.

In Kulti for an overnighter. Hotel was pretty good, cozy and clean. The location was perfect. Staff, are polite, helpful and very friendly. It has Reliance Smart Point store down the hotel. Would recommend highly.
