Vivanta Kolkata EM Bypass

I stayed at VIVANTA 4 days back n it was great. Dinesh from front desk was amazing. Room was quite, comfortable n AC temperature was just perfect. Too crowded at morning buffet but the hotel staff managed it well. VIVANTA property any wer is excellent!!! Thnkx Vivanta. C u soon :)

All the staffs were very polite and courteous. The ambience was undoubtedly very nice. The front desk manager Ms Teresa was extremely helpful and was connected till the end of our stay. Took very good care of every possible requirement. All the best for the whole Team.

excellent room, quiet on the back side row. the front side has some traffic noise trickling in despite the double glazed window. mattress is comfortable. housekeeping is excellent. service is prompt. location of the property is good, even Park street is just 20-25 min away.

As usual my stay at Vivanta was like that of home away from home. Its always hustling with guests giving it a live and full of action kind of stay. At the same time once in the room its very peaceful , given that i choose the rooms facing the back side. It gives great views of the clouds and the EM by pass. My morning brightens with smiling and genuine greetings from Arnab at breakfast and friends at reception.

Stayed 2 nights in Vivanta from 3rd April. House keeping very good but the Attached bathroom has a serious flaw. The water from WC area spoils entire floor as no drain libe is there. Health jets are very hard to use. Water is salty and full of iron. Never take banquets tea as they use RO water from main water supply so darjelling tea tastes salty. Food quality and breakfast is excellent. Staffs are helpful. Swimming pool allows only 6 persons at a time.

While the hotel's location was convenient, it's worth noting that it's a bit of a distance from the famous Park Street. Located on EM Bypass road, it is a good property with well maintained rooms and swimming pool with fitness centre. The breakfast and buffet menu has a good spread. Staff is professional and courteous both at reception and restaurant. Overall a comfortable stay. Recommended for loyal Taj customers who trust the brand.
