Different people in reception is telling different price. One guy received call and in bengali he told room tariff is 3900 including gst and breakfast for sea facing room and asked for mail. Next day in mail they mentioned 4700 as room tatiff. Next day my friend called them to cross check and someone in hindi told him room tariff as 4400. Price is different for different people . What kind of management is this. Rude behaviour received after telling the same. Will not visit ever.

Very nice environment and hotel interior. Hotel staffs behaviors nice and friendly. Large open room with beautiful atmosphere. They have garden. and park for kids. Pool table and table tennis for adults. Two bars. Swimming pool looks like its own. but the food taste according to the price of the food will let you down you want delicious food when you are spending money.

Lovely short stay Quick tip - target mid week; weekends are jam packed! I went there for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms very extremely large and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. Interestingly the bathroom had a ceiling fan! The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The shack outside made a great crab curry. Key call out - great staff, good location if you are looking to avoid all crowds Not 5 stars because - 1. The room and furniture was a bit run down 2. Food is acceptable (not great) but very expensive and due to the location no other options except the shack outside

I would give this hotel a big zero if I could. The hospitality was terrible, and the food was the worst I have ever had. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. There wasn't an option to give zero stars, so I'm reluctantly giving one star, but they don't even deserve that. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the hotel staff, particularly the receptionist Mr. Roy, was arrogant and unprofessional. He refused to give me his full name, even after we repeatedly asked for it. When it was time for us to check out, he kept us waiting in front of the reception and asked the housekeeping staff to check our room first, as if we had done something wrong. This behavior was extremely disappointing and insulting. When I told Mr. Roy that I would write a review and make a complaint, he said that he had been working there for over four years and didn't care about my feedback. We have never experienced such terrible hospitality or behavior before. To make matters worse, our room wasn't even cleaned after we extended our stay. Overall it was a nightmare

Not a great place to bring kids. They are not at all helpful with even basic food arrangement. Restaurant staff is very inefficient and rude. They don't bother to even consider the request made for very basic things like milk or maggi. And they don't bother to revert on a request made. They need to be called several times. And then they say that they cannot give what was requested for the kids. In our case, it was milk for the kids. And Maggi simply boiled in water. Not a nice place to spend your time-off.

The cons list of this hotel is more than the pros list. CONS - 1. The sliding window was broken and AC not working after check-in 2. No remotes for AC 3. Toilet flush not working and tap broken 4. Floor mat missing in the room 5. Towels not adequate 6. Welcome kits not adequate 7. Flies in breakfast area 8. Ala-Carte not available 9. Water bottles not adequate and chargeable for mineral water 10. No Wi-fi in rooms, poor cellular network 11. TV channels has no subscription 12. Cue sticks were not proper and lacked maintenance 13. Staff boy didn't come to clean the room after several calls 14. Bedsheet with holes in it 15. Blanket cover was torn 16. No ash-tray, no hair dryer PROS - 1. Spacious room 2. Good swimming pool 3. Beach at walking distance Clearly, the resort lacked maintenance. It was one of the worst stays and won't recommend at all. 3k/night is not worth at all.

Stayed here for new year weekend and it was a wonderful experience. Inspite of set menu, we were served with excellent food and service was very good. Only one suggestion...please increase vegetarian starters....looking forward to next visit

We were a group of 34 people and thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay at this resort. The rooms were extremely spacious and the food was just perfect. Entire hotel staff was very polite and courteous
