### **Hotel Review: Worst Experience Ever!** I recently had the most disappointing experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the management lacks basic customer service skills and has no regard for guest comfort. First and foremost, the hotel does not allow check-in after 10 PM, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. I arrived a little past this time due to an unavoidable delay in my journey, expecting at least some flexibility or understanding from the staff. However, to my shock, they outright refused to let me check in, despite my confirmed booking. There was no willingness to assist or accommodate the situation in any way. Instead, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, who showed no empathy or concern for my situation. Not only was I denied check-in, but I was not even allowed to wait in the lobby. This was beyond frustrating, as I was left stranded outside with my luggage, not knowing where to go in the middle of the night. The staff spoke rudely, showing no respect for customers. It was as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. Their tone was dismissive, and they had no interest in helping me find an alternative solution. A hotel should be a place of comfort and hospitality, but this place lacks both. It felt more like a strict, unfriendly institution rather than a welcoming place for guests. The entire experience was humiliating and stressful. I have stayed in numerous hotels before, but I have never come across such poor treatment. Even budget hotels show more courtesy and professionalism than this place. What's even worse is that the hotel did not provide any prior warning about this unreasonable check-in policy. If such a restriction exists, it should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Most travelers, especially those on business trips or arriving from different cities, cannot always control their arrival time. A good hotel understands this and accommodates its guests accordingly. However, this place operates with no regard for guest convenience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of flexibility, rude behavior, and complete disregard for guest comfort make it one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. If you value good service and basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels that treat their guests with respect and provide better services. This experience was a complete nightmare, and I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Avoid it at all costs!

Booked via Ixigo. Pathetic experience, had to checkin late as my flight landed at 11pm. Initially they said late checkin is allowed as I had pre-informed. However, after reaching the property at about 1am from airport, the gate was closed. I kept ringing the door bell but no one came out, and after 10 mons someone said from above "no room is available". I was totally stranded with luggage, it was midnight. Neither was there any support from the hotel nor ixigo. Pathetic experience and will never recommend such fraud hotels to any traveller - value your safety over money and never book this !

Very tiny rooms. The first room they gave us was extremely dirty with hair on the bed, dirty pillowcase, bathroom flush non functional. But later after requesting they moved us to another room. It was ok but the room had cigeratte smell and bedsheet had huge holes of cigeratte burns. It was an emergency stay so ok for that purpose. Otherwise not good.

Genuinely this hotel is fantastic. Rooms are pretty good with affordable price. If you have enough knowledge of google map then you will find it quickly without any problems. Overall I had a good experience with this hotel.

Took extra fare than booking amount of oyo,and they ask you for cash for no proof

Lovely place and staff behavior Alwys good and bathroom was Alwys clean and bed or room floor. But such a disappointed and big issu for money. Because receptionist extra charges for NON AC ROOM AND AC ROOM both r. There for all over very good. But payment method not good. Very very upset as a customer for me.

Except the cranky manager all other things are good staffs are very supportive also . There is issue in the lift as on 17 march 2024 the door doesn't locks easily. Room service is pathetic but size of rooms are spacious. The hotel is a good option if you are arriving in Kolkata airport.

Just standard guest house near AIG hospotal. If you are looking for low cost accomodation then it's ok. You can't expect much.
