The picture shown on the website are not as the rooms actually are, though the cleanliness is maintained at all the times. Renovation is highly required for the hotel. Not many options for breakfast, one meal and only veg sandwiches are served with corn flakes milk, tea, coffee and toasted bread with butter and jam. The quality of food is average. The location is excellent, easily accessible to the markets. Linen should be changed and some good fabric conditions should be used as the blankets and pillow covers stinks even though they are clean. Over all my stay was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pls don't take my comments negatively, just to improve ur business as the location of the hotel is excellent.

Had a comfortable and safe stay amidst city of Kolkata. Rooms are neat and tidy, service is prompt and even their breakfast was delicious. It is built over a temple which makes it even more nice.

A very good hotel for vegetarians and families. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well-prepared and satisfying. The meal, priced at Rs 350, offered good value for money. Overall, I had a great experience and liked the hotel very much.

Pathetic location pathetic service First of all the location was so dark not even a single light to see hotel and the cab driver had to ask twice from the locals for the hotel All the reviews and pictures were totally fake abut the hotel.They are paid It was just an accommodation over temples top floor and that was worst then Dharamshala Hotel was a haunting place where there was no other customers and no reception chairs After reaching the number from google Highly untidy receptionist came and wearing a a torn Banian The rooms were very smelly , Me and my wife just stayed for 30 mins and had to find another hotel as it wasn't worth staying When we decided to leave it was totally dark And gates was locked and the guard was sleeping on floor on Matt Receptionist refused to answer our call to open the door and the instead told us to reach to guard ourselves I paid for hotel room which is injustice to my Money seeing such a messy and lonelier place... Horrible experience When asking a refund from Treebo support they offered 250rs Swiggy coupon

This is a good hotel for a business travel. The hotel location is very accessible. Service is good and value for money

Great location. Quaint place situated above the temple. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is limited,don't expect a buffet,though whatever is served tastes good and is filling. All basic amenities are available. Rooms have functioning AC. Bathrooms are clean with hot water facility. Kettle is provided in the room,you can make complimentary tea,coffee. Comfortable stay is guaranteed. Can't find any reason to complain.
