Transitel - A Boutique Hotel

I stayed at This hotel for three nights. This was my second visit to the hotel -- my previous experience during a one-night stay was quite pleasant, which encouraged me to return. However, this time, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Initially, I had booked an Delux Room, which turned out to be very small and felt cramped, especially the washroom--it gave a sense of suffocation. While the hotel looks impressive from the outside and has a good ambiance, the Deluxe Room does not live up to expectations in terms of space and comfort.Due to this, I upgraded to a Excutive Room by paying an additional Rs. 1500 per night (Rs. 4500 for three nights).The Excutive Room was much better--spacious, clean, and came with breakfast. The food quality was very good, and the room itself was comfortable and well-maintained.The location of the hotel is excellent -- just 5 minutes from the airport.However, the service needs improvement. One major issue was the inconsistent water service. Initially, they provided sealed Tata water bottles, but later they only provided one bottle filled from the filter, without any proper labeling. This was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Summary: Pros: Great location, good food, clean and spacious Excutive Rooms, decent ambiance. Cons: Cramped Executive Rooms, poor water service, inconsistent service quality. Ideal for: One-night stays or short layovers due to its proximity to the airport.

Only location would be very near to Airport otherwise any dormetry room would be better than this . First of all the hotel looks quite impressive @budget rates from outside but rooms are outdated and very small . Bathrooms are dirty sticky and smelly . We went to there restaurant at top floor for lunch no water was even served for first half an hour after that lunch came after long 1 hour waiting and it was incomplete as per our order waiter said aap ne itna hi likhaya tha some how we managed again there was no body for asking water also . We paid off and went downstairs. @the time of check out when I have to catch my flight the manager said me to wait as his staff will check the room . I waited for 10 minutes no response from hotel manager finally I was so angry and I scolded the manager that I have not seen such lack of management in my life . In one word there is big No from my side to this hotel . MY EXPERIENCE IS EXTREMLY POOR WITH THIS HOTEL .

From the beginning the Staff were terrible. The reception had one lady at 12 pm trying to checkin multiple guests and at the same time checkout multiple guests. Her behaviour was anything but welcoming. The rooms are clean but any thing other than the suite room are all oddly shaped and small. The food was good. They provide you one tooth brush kit for the room and when requested give you another even when you are triple occupancy.

Hotel is at the prime location, I am really impressed with the house keeping staff, they have been on toes and immediate attention has been given to the problem. One of the staffs Shubajit was really quick and responsive and looked after the entire bags and other service. Kudos to the entire staff including house keeping

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The washroom was extremely small, with no proper space to hang clothes in the room ( i had to keep it on chair), which made it quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was no power point available for using an electric kettle, which is a basic expectation. I stayed at a nearby hotel in the same price range previously, and it was significantly more spacious and comfortable. Compared to that, this property falls short in both amenities and overall experience. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star rating.

We booked the club room and the most exciting part was the Bathtub inclusion in the room other than that the ambience was way better than what we had expected it's totally a value for money hotel. The staffs were professional Mr Paul the Manager handled every situation calmly liked his managerial skills. In the end kudos to the housekeeping department for making all these happen keeping everything up to mark and special thanks to Miss Puja from the house keeping department.

its my first time visit here .. its really an amazing hotel.. i recommend family stay. rooms are so clean and well maintained.... housekeeping staff were so humble and polite .. miss puja and Aparna were helpful

Subhajit was very good with his behaviour. But the Manager may be his name is sourav oh my god! he was acting like the owner of transitel. At first when we checked in he was shouting at his lungs to a elder employee saying who's your boss. That's not how you behave in front of customers with a employee. Then the room provided to us was a disaster itself.Club room is a total scam don't go by the photos guys they will say it is subject to availability and provide you a cheap room. When in agoda clearly the only photo of clubroom you have the top notch one with view. I REPEAT DON'T GO FOR CLUB ROOM IT'S A SCAM. When we made the complaint he told us to solve that on our own like how dare he! After that we contacted agoda and they told us to stay put hotel manager will come and sort it out! Guess what he didn't even bother to show up. Laten on we contacted agoda for second time another employee came he was helpful and polite he provided us with another better room.
