Pathetic place to stay! First things first, please avoid staying at this place at any cost. This property is just 100 metres from my home and yet we stayed here as renovation was going on at my place. I was stunned to see on check in that the linens were torn apart and they missed to provide towels, we had to call and follow up with them for half an hour to get a towel. There are no water kettles in the room, the mini refrigerator installed there is just for show as it doesn't work, the TV is installed but the speaker of the TV doesn't work and the AC is installed but the compressor of the same doesn't work. This property is ONLY good to take pictures from outside as a museum but from inside, it is just a trash and it charges heavily to give you an opportunity to stay at this trash. Note: They have an employee named Hasan sitting at the reception, he will first welcome you with a smile and upon check in if you enquire about TV, water kettle or any other appliances that are present in the room but doesn't work, he will again respond with a smile that it doesn't work. So please avoid staying at this property as simple as that.

Hotel Was good but it needs some renovation. 1.Rooms need new colour. 2.Ac needs servicing 3. Washroom taps,Shower should be replaced.

We booked this hotel for 5 people for 8 nights back in December for our trip to Kolkata in January for a friend's wedding through booking.com. This was the worst experience I've ever had with accommodation when travelling. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it was a 'pay on arrival' system. As soon as we booked it, we received emails from the hotel saying that we needed to pay the full fee immediately to secure our booking - these emails looked dodgy so we contacted Booking.com to check whether they were legitimate and if we needed to pay and we were told that, no we didn't. Fast forward to the day of our arrival in Kolkata, we arrived at the hotel only to be told that our booking had been cancelled the day before in favour of booking out the entire hotel for a wedding. Nevermind the fact that we had been in contact with the hotel via Booking.com prior to arrival to ensure we could leave our luggage with them ahead of our rooms being available. Our cancelled booking was never mentioned. We received no such communication from the hotel, and even if we had, the one day notice they gave us wouldn't have been seen or acknowledged because we were in the air, flying to India from the UK. We had to find new accommodation for 5 people for 8 nights immediately, which was a horrible way to start our trip. Do not stay at this establishment - you have no idea whether your booking will exist once you turn up.

Housekeeping needs major improvement - both in cleaning and availability of towels / bed sheets. Rooms are not cleaned before check in. Water pressure is low.

They took the advance payment payment and denied to give us the room! Made us sit for more than an hour, and then said that they don't have any rooms available. The Service was worse! The staffs behaved rudely, and ignored any conversation, it was really insulting. Even though we were ok with no rooms, bt the staff denied any help and kept on scrolling her phone and bantering with other staffs! Even OYO has not refunded the advance booking payment. Honestly the worst experience I ever had! Very bad experience!

Location is good. But rooms are not as cleaned as you would expect compared to the rates. I ordered lunch which came after 45 mins as they don't prepare in house but order from Zomato.

Location is good. Tea is awesome. But service is extremely slow. For any room service you have to wait 30 minutes atleast. At the time of lunch they announced kitchen is closed and we have ordered food from outside and got good after 45 minutes..

Its way to expensive for what it serves . Though the staff and receptionist was polite but services was not that great to pay Rs 1800 . Room size is ok, room and bathroom was perfectly clean, the tv has every ott platform,youtube which makes your stay enjoyable but ac didn't work properly, another thing is that body wash smells awful and if you order food they will serve it very late and any food item a bit costly here though it taste delicious. I cut one star for the slow management waste our time so much to serve our food and its so much annoying in my opinion.
