Very nice hospitality,its really wonderful surroundi g,i like their architect,the hotel is near to every famous places of Kolkata.Its Neat and Clean.

Rooms are good but maintenance should be better. The new manager now is better. Location is peaceful. Nearby shops and market is available. Swiggy service allowed. Room Service is good. Rs 1500 they charge for a ac double occupancy. 3 storied. Car and bike parking available outside the building. Running water and electricity no problem.

If u want to spoil ur trip and mood only then you can visit this hotel. So dirty hotel is not a joke . High maintenance required

Service is not so good..Otherthan Manager no one is courteous. One slice of additional bread in breakfast will cost you 15 buks.so be carefull. Bathroom of standard room is not good at all. Washroom door was not having any handle. And bathroom taps looks like are of before independence..No light in bathroom. No one cares even though you complain about. So pls be careful..

It's really a budget hotel and nothing else other than that. Staffs r average. Facilities are below average, food service 3/5. Lots of formalities which generally tourist doesn't like in there holidays. Guests should be allowed to visit people's residing in d hotel. I hope hotels in Kolkata will improve in future. Till just below average experience

I stayed at this hotel in August. I don't know where to start from. I told them its a day use as we had some work in Kolkata. they charged me INR 1800. When questioned they give you silly excuse. When entered in the room it was dirty. Under the table full of dust no toilet roll, no soap. Basic amenities not provided. Bathroom it self was dirty so was bucket and mug. Just used shower. towel which was provided as beyond compare.||The only good thing about the place was, it was close to where i wanted to go.||Please stay away from this hotel. You can get better hotel at this price and of course better facilities.

don,t book this hotel. If you are family man then it would be trouble for you. Because this hotel is a couple friendly you may be see some couple book this hotel only for f... or hear some f... sound from side room. And main thing is they are not providing any complementary water or filter water for you you have to buy 1 lit for 30 rupees.
