Isha and rimpi were very good at front desk. Food was good too. The entire team were very courteous and helpful. We reached at midnight but they were happy to provide dinner at that time. They could improve on cleanliness of common area. Room was good though

Awesome experience. The rooms are too good specially in royal terreza building. Hospitality of the staff are remarkable. Their own restaurant Pepper Chino served great food. Loved the stay and will visit again surely.

Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don't go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

Staying at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. We were here for a visa interview and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, especially from Iesha and Farheen. They were extremely polite and patient in addressing all our queries, including our request for a late checkout. The hotel's cleanliness is outstanding, and the amenities are truly five-star.

Had a great stay at Hotel Samilton. Clean and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable ambiance. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, and the service was prompt. Food was great. Overall, good value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service . Good room.|Reception staff was cooperative and helpful in assistance Isha and Farheen. Room was cleaned regularly. Housekeeping was done properly. Beds and pillows were good. Pillow cover and bed sheets and blankets were neat and clean

Farheen and Rimpi at the reception were very cordial and helpful. Has been a nice stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The linen was clean and the staff were always around to help you. Food at the hotel was very nice too. All in all it was a good experience
