Excellent hotel that suits the budget. Rooms are spacious with all amenities required. Central location with buzzing business centre at stones throw. Slightly off the main road gives a quiet serene environment. Ram Krishna Mission is very near to this property. Good support staff. Overall nice place to stay. Complimentary Breakfast is also provided.

I traveled solo. The residency is at very good location. Staff is well behaved and very helping, cordial. Yes breakfast is good specially idli sambhar. Best place to stay. Thanks

This was my second visit here, having been here in October 2022 and overall I loved staying here. The room I had before had a faulty washroom, T.V. and a reading light that didn't work and despite reporting this many times, it never got fixed. This time, there were fewer faults but there were still some and, again notwithstanding repeated reminders, they never got fixed either and is the reason for my 4 blobs, rather than 5. This room was a lovely size (as most of the super-deluxe rooms are) but the problem was there were niggly faults. The AC unit was difficult to control but I did get help with that, however the dial to control the ceiling fan was missing and despite many reminders, it never got sorted which I found frustrating as I like a ceiling fan. The TV was basic and worked intermittently, contrasting with the one in the twin room which had been updated to a Smart TV. I couldn't understand why they were different. On the plus side, my reading light worked which was fantastic. The sockets were dire all-round the room, so the electrics need looking at again. I was a bit annoyed with where the long mirror was situated - in the dark space by the side of the wardrobe; if it was on the wall opposite the wardrobe, it would've worked much better. Finally, some suggestions that I think would make a difference to the comfort and usability of that huge room such as adding a sofa and/or armchairs to make a living area and a chest of drawers for women to use as a dressing table. |Nevertheless, I really loved staying here because the staff remembered me from before, so it felt like a home from home. The food arrangement suited us very well and even though the faults weren't sorted satisfactorily, my stay was comfortable.

They main advantage of this hotel is it's are. Very close to Golpark area (Purna Das Road). Staff are quite helpful, & polite. Veg food available in this hotel but non-veg food also available from outside this hotel. I stayed adjacent property of this hotel & the rooms was quite specious. Bathroom also quite big in that room. It was a flat like structure & I liked it.

The Hotel is situated at a prime location in Kolkata. Availing transport facilities is quite easy due to the location. The locality is peaceful and has good restautants within 1km vicinity. They serve complimentary breakfast with prompt service. Cleanliness of rooms was top notch, however bathrooms had a pungent smell at times. Overall our stay was pleasant.
