The Maureen

This hotel is a great blend of luxury and practicality. The food is excellent- I would highly recommend doing half board when staying here! (Worth it!) The atmosphere is good and always well kept. The laundry service makes your clothes seem new again! Small issues such as roll-away beds in the hallways, unkept space around the hotel and noise levels from nearby rooms/bar keep this from being a truly 5 star experience.

The stay was pleasant. The staff is very cordial. Mr. Sudeep has been very helpful and supportive. Barkha and Sandhya at the restaurant are very polite and helpful. Everything is good but need to improve on the menu spread and taste. Will surely recommend to others.

Absolutely brilliant staff and service - so helpful, professional and organised. Check-in and check-out was seamless and they told us everything we needed to know. They also sorted us out with a late lunch (which was delicious), and gave us a late check-out free of charge. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were constantly buzzing about cleaning during our 1 night stay. Only slight issue was there was a very faint odour of cigarettes in the room, and while using the stair-well, people (presumably from a conference event) were smoking in it - urrrgghhh! Loved the complimentary morning paper delivered to the room - nice touch. The breakfast had a lot of options.

Very nice stay. Good location and connectivity for Airport. Great ambience and the buffet breakfast is really nice with great hospitality with courteous service. Definitely will recommend this place. Thank you for your warm hospitality and care.

My stay at The Maureen kolkata was truly exceptional The room were impeccably clean and spacious,and the staff, especially the reception lady were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay.The breakfast buffet was a highlight offering a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kolkata!!
