The cultural experience at Lalit Kolkata left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Specially front desk staffs. Ms Sainur and Srijita was helpful and polite. I booked lalit because of its commitment to eco-friendly practices. From recycling programs to energy-saving measures, they prioritize environmental conservation without compromising comfort.

The hotel was very beautiful and intricately built. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.There were also many services like the swimming pool,spa,gym,etc, special mention to the equipments and facilities at the gym. We would especially like to thank Biduut and Amjad for their hospitality during breakfast. Also notable is the delicious in room dining menu which we absolutely enjoyed. The hotel is amazing and very clean.If you are visiting Kolkata please do book it

Had a stay in lalit. It was very comfortable stay in lalit kolkata. Would love to thank Ms Sainur, adrija and james from reception. They were helpful and kind. Food quality in Alfresco was good. Tried their bakery item . It was fresh and good. Ambience and rate of this hotel is mid range. All over Amazing experience. Would love to come back.

The rooms are very spacious,accommodating, and the food in the breakfast and dinner buffet is really good. I felt the breakfast buffet to be splendid, but the dinner buffet felt like taking the breakfast scraps and making something out of it, for most dishes. And added to the lack of air conditioning, having dinner there was a bit of trouble. The most comforting thing about being on vacation, is ordering a pizza from the nearest fast food place and having it while watching the TV, but the hotel doesnt allow such facility of taking in food from outside. Overall, I will definitely stay and recommend the hotel to others, regardless of what I felt at par. P.S- Please never ask the guest to take our their phone and give it to you for Google reviews. It looks very shabby.

Fabulous experience at this hotel! Ticks all the boxes. Location is excellent, food is excellent, room was surprisingly spacious, staff was friendly and professional. One thing that was really enjoyable at this 5-star compared with others is there were no staff begging or pushing for ratings or reviews. This was a pleasant change. All staff members are top-notch professionals, they don't need to pressure anyone for reviews. If you're travelling to Kolkata, you can't go wrong with this hotel. Definitely one of the best we've stayed in.

Loved the downtown location and atmosphere. About name it, and you're within walking distance. Service was Terrific, and the Room was 5-star.Staffs are soo professional. Special thanks to Ms Sainur from reception. What drove me to this hotel was its comprehensive amenities. Besides this, it offers a very safe and secure environment for all visitors, which is a great thing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lalit great eastern Kolkata The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. All the staffs were polite and professional , Thanks Sainur and james for insuring my stay,The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Kolkata .

Good hotel and great service. Check in was smooth and quick. The rooms are good sized, clean and have all possible amenities. Breakfast spread was very good as well. Amjad especially was very polite, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended !
