5 Stars - A Memorable Stay at Lake Palm! We booked Lake Palm for two days during a family wedding, and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. The property is in a prime location--just a short walk from Lake Mall and nearby shops, which made it super convenient when I had to pick up a few things I'd forgotten. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was another highlight--so many delicious options, all prepared hygienically and full of flavor. I especially loved the in-house ice cream and refreshing coconut water! Our stay at Lake Palm made the wedding celebrations even more joyful. We left with big smiles and beautiful memories that we'll cherish for a long time. I would absolutely recommend Lake Palm to friends and family looking for a pleasant, memorable stay.

Stayed with family for 3 nights in room with balcony overlooking the market lane. The location and the upkeep is excellent. The fittings are quite premium for the price. Location is superb and there was no noise or foul smell. The staff was very courteous and prompt. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend if someone is looking for a budget stay in south kolkata

"A Pleasant Stay at The Lake Palm!" I had a comfortable stay at The Lake Palm! The hotel is conveniently located in the Lake Market area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms, though not very spacious, were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. Overall, it's a good choice for a short and convenient stay.

We stayed at Lake Palm for a wedding function and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the room service was prompt and courteous. Overall, everything--from the hospitality to the amenities--was top-notch. Truly a memorable stay

Such a pleasant surprise!! Hotel rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. Staff is their best asset. Honest, helpful and polite. They pamper you. A novel Restaurant with Railways Theme on ground floor is a joy. Ought to check the restaurant at least once for superb decor and good food. RailWays for service is The Only Such in Kolkata - will keep kinds and adults engaged for long time. Do Not miss the art on the walls. And, finally, parking is a breeze with Valet. Go fir it.

*Very nice location,little congested but everything (conveyance,eating joints,market)available within walking distance. *Rooms are spacious & nicely maintained *Staff very humble & not greedy *The owner & manager both very cooperative & ready to help in every possible way. *Budget friendly .

Just an incredible stay! I was welcomed so warmly and it just such a beautiful hotel. Rooms are immaculately clean. Staff is beyond amazing and so friendly.hotel is near by kalighat temple.
