Dec 2023; Superior Double Room. 5th stay here. Overall: 3/5. Will stay here again. Needs continuous improvements in specific areas. 1. Location: 5/5: excellent. Close to Airport (5-6 mins by car) 2. Hotel Condition: Renovated. 3. Signages & direction boards inside: 0/5. No directions to rooms, lift, etc. Confusing. 4. Fire & Emergency Safety Signs: 0/5. NIL. Clear violation of basic standards. 5. Restaurant: 4/5. Well decorated. Good food. Reasonable prices. 6. Rooms: 4/5 renovated & well decorated. Good size. 7. Cleanliness: 3/5. Needs focus on cleaning - rooms, bathrooms, toilet seat covers are dirty, corridors ( lots of spiderwebs, etc) 8. Staff: 3/5. Nice & polite staff - but not trained and possibly outsourced to 3rd party. Staff claimed no training given to them; hence, no knowledge of details of hotel facilities, signages, etc. 9. Price/night: 4/5. On the higher side. However, the location is convenient for flights. 10. Management: 0/5. No sign of Management or General Manager.

Very poor service level. Bed sheet and Pillow cover found dirty. Even Room booking done in advance and check in time was also share but rooms was not clean and ready. Room size is little small. Food quality and price is ok. Room tariff is little high in comparison to hotel rooms. ||There should be one exhaust in toilet. ||In complimentary toiletries only we get shower gel and one soap.||No buffet breakfast and breakfast was serve in room but only post 8:30 am not before that.||Kitchen condition was not ok.

Though overall experience was good, but I would like to point out the problem with Complimentary breakfast given. They had used some kind of oil instead of butter on bread. So breakfast quality can be improved. Other than i didn't experienced any problems. Room- 4/5 Price-3/5 Food - 3/5 Service- 5/5 Reception- 5/5 Overall - 4/5.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were accomodating. The food menus in the rooms were not updated though. Please ask before ordering. I had booked through oyo. One thing that was upsetting for me was this : While checking out, the receptionist asked for my phone to look at the oyo receipt. However she gave the property a 5 star without asking for my permission. This was greatly deceitful and unprofessional

Hassle free check in.Great location. Prompt service.Spacious well maintained, clean rooms. Hookahs can be ordered in room. There is a good cafe at the top floor. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel is not very big neither is the room but everything is done pretty well. Especially the washroom, it's clean and every kind of tool is present. Didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff so can't say much about that. Location is pretty good. The exact location is a bit secluded since it's more of a residential area but the main road is just 2 mins. walk and you will get everything close by. South city mall is 15 mins by car and acropolis mall is walking distance from the hotel. If you come out of the hotel and walk straight to your right you will reach the main road, and just on the opposite side there is an in and out supermarket inside a petrol pump.

I booked the hotel via oyo rooms. I considered this hotel due to its proximity to my regional office and it was a last minute plan to visit kolkata so could not get any rooms in the hotels I usually stay. The hotel provides early morning checkin at an additional cost of Rs 400. The room I booked was a double room but the room allotted to me was too small to be considered as a double room. Room tariff need to be paid during checkin which is something I have never seen or experienced before. Although the bed linen was clean but the quilt they provided was super dirty and had ugly looking spots all over which they changed when requested. Food was so so. Overall it wasn't a great experience and would only visit it again if there is no other hotel around.

You can stay if you are budget oriented person. Good location. Just few minutes walking distance from Ruby More. Stuffs are good. Lift available. They allow unmarried couple.
