The Fern Residency - Rajarhat, Kolkata

I attended a birthday party at their banquet hall two months back and I was very happy overall. The politeness of staff, life service and cleanliness was top notch. But I would like to point out that parking was an issue. There were no clear instructions where one can park their car and randomly you find a space and hope the law enforcement does not tow away your car. Other than this I feel the hotel being situated at such a busy crossing is very easy to locate.

The first time I stayed here, the room overlooked the front which was noisy but the second time I stayed, the room was on the side and was much better. Very clean and all shower gels etc had been filled so it was very handy. Pushpa from Housekeeper was lovely to deal with - always smiling and happy to let me in! The food at JD Kitchen was good and had a variety of food options.

The Hotel Fern Residency Kolkata is conveniently located near the International Airport. The rooms are large and well appointed. Very comfortable bedding, great hot water and shower pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and was all very tasty. The hotel is a little out of the city proper but I feel its convenience near to the airport make it a great place for a short stopover. There are many food options below the hotel, including a Dominos and a Middle Eastern/Indian restaurant. Hotel is on a very busy road so be prepared for some noise or just wear earplugs. Great value for the price.

Lovely staff in all areas. Great breakfast and lunch in Zedd kitchen. Room attendants Ankit and Pushpa were particularly helpful, proving toiletries and keeping our room lovely and clean. Reception staff also nice. Close to the airport, good starting and ending location in Kolkata

The hotel's stay is good, have amenities. Staff is friendly especially Pushpa. Near to mall and other facilities. The location is near near airport. Service is good but can improve on the room facilities. Room is okay in sense of space can be better organised but over all good.

I had stay at Fern Residency kolkata for a work purpose... The hotel is located at 2nd Floor and it's very close to airport... The reception staffs Ms Tika and Ms sumona were very friendly and welcoming with a smile... The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff Ms Pushpa was very courteous by cleaning the room .. Breakfast at Restaurant was great with lots of varieties...

Close to the airport and shopping, as on main road. Zedd kitchen provides a great breakfast and dinner with friendly staff. All staff have been helpful, especially Ankit and Pushpa with servicing of room and any requests.|ask for a high floor

We were a group of 100 pax staying at Fern Residency kolkata for 2 days. The food was excellent . Services of all the staffs were top notch . Rooms was good . Banquet staff Mr Bikram sahu and Manager Mr sushant ji helped us very much. Front desk staff Ms Tika and Ms sumona were very helpful. Housekeeping staffs Ms Pushpa and Mr Rakesh helped us a lot by providing a clean room . Worth staying .. Thanks a lot to all the Teams of Fern Hotels
