Rooms are very good, all staffs have very good courtesy. Hotels on a prime location. Good for family.

Overall my stay at the elegance was wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are very clean. The rooms may be small but they are excellent and the hotel itself is in a great location. The staff are very helpful and will assist you in whatever you need. I spoke with Akram and Hassan who are the two checkin staff and are willing to help you at any hour with whatever you may need. I felt at home in the two nights I stayed here and will definately be back!

The Elegance is a nice clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room we had facing the road was nice. Breakfast could be improved a little bit. The restaurant down stairs has good food. For a tourist wanting to spend time in downtown Kolkata its a 15 to 20 taxi ride.

This hotel is in well connected area of kolkata- opposite to bus stand, accessible for mobile taxis, good eating joints nearby. Rooms are quite small and view from rooms suck. Washroom is sufficiently big.Breakfast is complimentary and Idlis were nice.

I stayed in this hotel for three days and my experience was quite not good. If I ask for any kind of assistance their answer is direct no. Mattress is not up to the mark and room size is small. AC was not working and after complain also it was not repaired.
