The Eden

This is the wrong address which has been mentioned here in Google maps. The actual location is somewhere else. The room which was provided to me didn't match with the so called "Deluxe" room as shown or described in the website and other linked travel apps. Housekeeping services were not up to the mark, wardrobe, closet, drawers, etc. were unclean and had layers of dust since the start of the day. Below average cleaning of washrooms. Only the food quality was good and the services were prompt. The surrounding atmosphere was noisy, the sounds of dragging furniture, gas cylinders, some tools, etc. were frequent throughout the day from the top most floor, it may be from the kitchenette, etc. The pillows were too thin, the bed mattress was hard, not up to the standards of tariff which is charged for this room. Attached photos for your reference. The geyser also didn't function during the bathing time. Would not recommend this hotel for any business trip of the future. There are several other good hotels nearby this location whose tariff is the same but they are up to the expected standards.

They don't give rooms after confirmed online bookings. Also ask for extra money. Fraud.
