Good Hotel with big room with clean toilets, bed linen . The breakfast is served in the common dinning room. It isn't extremely lavish but they serve whatever you demand. The place is relatively close to BISWA BANGLA MELA PRANGAN near Picnic Garden VIP Auto Stand. Overall a good stay. 15/20 minutes to Park Street & Kamac Street ,Victoria Memorial etc.

Nice hotel .. Behavior of staff is very polite, rooms are excellent, food was good. Helpful service. We booked for 2 days at 21k . 3bhk flat attached washroom, wardrobe with lockers, complimentary free breakfast, Kitchen with freezer and oven, balcony in every room, electric kettle etc.

Reception guy was a good person but we became very disturbed that he insisted on taking our pictures in addition to scanning our passport and visa on their phines.Caretakers do not know hospitality and one feels a bit scary in their presence but helpful. Only For above very significant reasons I rate this poor and uncomfortable and unenjoyable.But, Excellent Excellent highly superior quality breakfast, pleasing attendants and room. Pillows not comfortable at all.

Very good services apartment. Rooms are quite big with balcony in each room.very clean rooms and bedding. Bathroom is a little unclean. Kitchen has oven,fridge, induction and water filter. Bottles and cutlery is provided. Food is also good if you order from the menu. Sofa set to seat at least 10people is present. 6people dinning table is present. Swimming pool is small but clean. Overall good property

I recently stayed - for the first time - in Tatvam Residency, Kolkata for a couple of days. I was quite apprehensive since I was there first time and also when I entered the narrow entrance of Picnic Garden road. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. It's more homelike rather than a hotel. With limited rooms, the staff maintain it very well. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had tea, coffee, water, sufficient space, table to use, TV, WiFi etc. The balcony in the room was another surprise. The common area for sitting with loungers and dining table was also quite unique. The swimming pool though is quite small. The food served only in the room, is freshly prepared and is good though a tad expensive (as per my expectation). Location is also convenient just off the eastern bypass in Kasba. Acropolis mall is also quite close by. The only addition - the management HAS to provide buffet breakfast. They have the space to provide something which is absolutely essential for a business traveller and even a family. Hope the standards are maintained and the above suggestion taken into consideration.

Behaviour and service of every staff was excellent. Preparation of food was delicious. Very little plumbing work mainly at kitchen and at one washroom is desirable. We have enjoyed nicely. Security found adequate. Strongly recommended for boarding.

This property is located in a residential area some distance away from the city center. This is a quiet, no frills place with a home stay like feel. The Premium room was quite spacious to accommodate my family of four with an extra mattress without feeling boxed in. Food is reasonably priced and good - Dinner for 4 with 3 dishes including fish curry costed 950. Breakfast though prix fix and limited to either continental/Indian is ample and satisfying. Wifi was not fast enough. The swimming pool advertised by the hotel is actually slightly larger than a baby pool- good enough only for a dip for non swimmers. Overall nice experience.

Very good services. Staff behavior is very good. Food is also very good.
