We booked this guesthouse for our wedding guests and were extremely disappointed. The service was unprofessional, with staff showing little concern for guest comfort. The property was in poor condition, with minimal maintenance and several issues (AC, Lighting, Room Service etc) making the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was also subpar, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY The rooms are not maintained or cleaned. During the entire stay of 4 nights/5days they didn't clean the rooms even once. The ACs don't work in most of the rooms. The bathrooms were dirty. Looks like the owner has specifically instructed the staff to misbehave with guests(keeping common lights turned off at night, not providing clean glasses to drink water out of or providing tea after - just a few examples) We booked the entire guest house for our guests for a wedding. WORST PLACE EVER.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the staff and manager. Numerous rooms were booked for my friends wedding for more than 15 guests. The rooms werent cleaned despite explicitly reminding them for daily room service. They refused foreign guests rooms and kept them waiting as none of us accompanied them when they were checking in. Rooms were not maintained either. A simple request to make tea also went unheard Extremely pathetic service.

Worst guest house with terrible service and incompetent rude owners and caretakers. ACs don't work, guest house is dirty, paint in peeling off. Booked it for a wedding party. The owner switched off lights to the stairs, didn't allow guests to enter over an hour, didn't allow the rooms to be cleaned, and didn't even provide clean glasses for guests to drink out of. Worst place. NEVER EVER BOOK.

Rooms were average, not well maintained. AC did not work and was not fixed when requested. No cleaning was done during our stay. The location was good, but overall I would not recommend staying here.

I really look forward to come to this place again. The location of this place is just perfect. Close to metro, mall etc. The staff welcomes you wholeheartedly and a peaceful and beautiful place to stay .

very affordable rooms with good facilities, enjoyed a lot with friends. Beautiful place. Staff was also very helpful.

Rooms are shabby and not well maintained. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Bad behaviour by owners and staff. Staff is not proactive and needs to be reminded to do the same task multiple times.
