Super Townhouse Oak Hotel Lake View Royal Near Science City

I booked the place 20 days prior. The hotel guys have over booked and made me stay in other property which I had to book at extra price. Absolutely useless. They lack even basic courtesy. Dont ever book this hotel

Warning: Don't book even form any resources, bcz they have cafe above the hotel, loudest sound is on upto 5am daily, you even can't sleep, the sound vibrations feels in pillow n bed. Worst experience ever had!

Hello, To be very sure i have not seen one of the worst hotel in Kolkata. The staff at Reception are very rudely and there behaviours are also like cheap class people and the lady seating in the Reception acts like she is the owner of the hotel. So guys whoever is thinking of booking this hotel in upcoming vacation please don't book . U will feel not to cone again at this place..

Loved the experience. Genuinely telling amazing room and amazing location. Stayed with my bf and had a pleasant stay of 2 nights. Staff were nice. Just the cleanliness was a little bit of an issue but insist them to do it properly and regulate it it'll be fine. The lake view was wonderful and price is affordable. Got it for RS. 2079.

Good rooms and at Good location. Everything is fine except the behaviour of Manager. It's too bad. First day I booked it through OYO and visited there for check in but they denied check in and said there is no deluxe rooms available and offered another room for an extra 500 rupees. As we complained OYO about it he said there is room available but I had asked for a better room for the same amount. The second day I had booked and contacted OYO to confirm there is room and everything was fine

Smoke smell in room ... Odour is bad .... No water is provided ... Towels and bed sheets tooo bad and old

I've had my share of bad hotels, but this one tops all. It is literally the worst place to stay at as the staff isn't well responding and the reception manager doesn't seem to care to cater to the customers' needs. The bedsheets, towels aren't clean, basic utilities haven't been provided at all. Even the charging points don't work. How do they expect someone to stay in a place that isn't tidy and human friendly.

It was a horrible experience. First, they cancelled out booking on OYO so that we won't be able to review about their terrible service. When arrived at the hotel thr rooms were terrible compared to the photos that were displayed. Unprofessional and non-cooperative staff. Still had the guts to ask for additional money at the time of checkout for half hazard reasons. The bathroom was beyond dirty. No amenities were provided, not even toileteries. There was no service or even water provided. We had to ask the staff thrice to clean the room. They were clearly very unprofessional. The AC of the room was dripping water throughout our stay, and we had to manage and also clean the room ourselves since housekeeping wasn't available at the stipulated amount of time. If you want to waste your money, then this is the place for you. You'll also get an additional stench of the nearby sewer. Enjoy.
