Super Townhouse OAK Hotel 1 Lovelock

I check in with my girlfriend and a lady in customer care department take my gf's number and called her phone to cross check her .This is absolutely wrong as I already paid that moment and I booked the hotel. I already have written purpose of staying there but she asked her again . This is the first time.i faced this strange behaviour from any hotel operator. Please explain the reason . And their room floor is very unclean.

The check-in experience and staff behavior was not bad, although they charged extra 1200 for early check in . But the cleanliness of the room and also bathroom was extremely disappointing . After only five minutes of walking of the room, my feet were completely black .Bad smell inside the room. No napkins provided. Housekeepers didn't clean the room in more than 48 hours. No allocated space for taking food in the room. Food was Very Costly. Room did not match the photo given in the Oyo App. Behavior of security guards and parking facilities are also very disappointing. Overall The rooms and the property needs maintenance for sure.

Overall, my recent stay at Townhouse OAK Hotel 1 Lovelock was fair, however there were a couple of areas needs improvement to enhance the guest experience. The accommodations were comfortable and the service from your staff was generally good. I appreciated the cleanliness in the bathroom. However, there were some notable issues that I encountered during my stay: the lack of temperature control on the air conditioning. It would have been more convenient to have the ability to adjust the room temperature according to personal preferences. Another is the dirty bedlinen/sheets and pillows provided in my room which contributed to limit and affect my overall comfort during the stay. While the quality of the meals was generally good, the pricing of the food served is high. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope to visit your hotel again and experience an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had booked this hotel through oyo, but when it was time to check in..!! I called half an hour before and asked if I could check in there, they said no sir, you can check in there only at 12 o'clock.!! Then disconnect the call, a message came on my number that your booking in this hotel has been canceled and shifted somewhere else, just 15 minutes ago when I had reached the location.!! At the hotel I told the receptionist that your order has been cancelled, then I said that I want a room, then they said that you will have to pay and they charged 1000 extra from the booking price!! At that time I checked in because suddenly after reaching the booking location I would be called a human being!! The room was clean, the behavior of the staff was very good, no problem in check in - check out!! But in the payment they charged 1k more than what was shown This felt absolutely wrong to me

No water in the bathroom's main faucet. Bad smell inside the room. No napkins provided. WC flush tank inefficient. Housekeepers didn't clean the room in more than 24 hours. No allocated space for consuming the breakfast included in the package. Shoddy rooms. Young couples without bags and Kolkata ID addresses keep checking in & checking out all the time. What could have been a boutique hotel resembles a sleaze joint.

This place is totally a scam. Booked this place from oyo. When i reached there they said all the rooms are booked if you want to stay you've to pay 1500 more . Online payment was already done while booking and it was non refundable , so i had to pay extra 1500 + 1700(the actual amount). After paying extra 1500 i faced alot of issue . There was no water in the bathroom. Service is very poor.

They charged extra 1K during check in, stating that the price online was false and neither were willing to refund the paid money. So you are forced to pay extra money to get in the hotel. Food charges were high and they do not allow outside food. Rooms were good but had few minor issues. Lift was not working. Overall, I don't think I will book the hotel ever again. Poor value for the money they charge.

The only thing I liked about this property was its location. It took me 40 mins to check in ... once I entered my room the telephone was not working and I was given a phone number to call for my needs. I was here for 2 nights and no WiFi connection was available to me despite telling them several times. Visitors as well were not allowed and no outside food as well. Overall pathetic experience
