Super OYO New Hotel City Of Joy Near City Centre Salt Lake

My booking ID was LGW58795 for check-in on 14th November 2024 and check-out on 15th November 2024. I had confirmed my booking prior to my arrival by calling the hotel directly, and was assured everything was in order. However, upon reaching the property at around 10:50 AM, I encountered several issues: Unprofessional Receptionist: Despite arriving just before the check-in time of 12:00 PM, the receptionist insisted that I pay extra for an early check-in or opt for an upgraded room at a higher cost, which I refused. After this, he claimed that the room I had booked was not ready and that the current guest had not vacated the room yet. False Information: When I escalated the issue via the OYO app, a customer support executive called the property manager, who falsely claimed that the room was ready for check-in and that I could be accommodated immediately. Inconvenience: As a result, I was forced to wait, carrying my luggage from Howrah Station to the hotel, and then back to the station (45 minutes x2 times) only to be subjected to this unnecessary inconvenience.

I stayed here for 7 days, I booked 1 week ago and was shown my room and when I reached the main hotel, I was given a very bad room, was there no TV in the room, was there no soap in the room, was there no towel in the room, no one even came to the room clinic even after speaking, and the behavior of the staff was also very bad, I was give 40 rupees for a 1 liter water bottle in the main room. It was so dirty that it was not worth staying in that I complained every day to the hotel but did not get any response. I spent my 7 days in a very dirty hotel. It was a very bad hotel. This is a very bad hotel No one should go to this hotel, it is a very dirty hotel

Worst Let me tell you one thing which is very important . I booked your Oyo and I paid online (prepaid booking) but when I reached property they said sorry we dont have room now and he said you will get your refund but today is the 4th day yet I don't have refund. Please do something another wise I will take action through another way please give my refund

Worst experience ever. Got Blood in bed sheet (hope u understand in oyo you get which blood) . Water heater not working. The image given and the room is hell and heaven . Bad quality. In winter we take cold shower. Hoter take 30% extra and pathetic service + bad food

The rooms are bad. There is no proper facility available. They do not provide RO water and charge 30 rupees for a bottle of water, which has 20 rupees as MRP. The room and the toilet is not properly cleaned. When asked for hot drinking water at 9 am, the person at the reception said that the service staff are sleeping, when asked at 11 am, he said that the service staff are not available.There was a thick layer of dust in the cupboard. They do not have tea and breakfast service. They were not hospitable.

Very disappointed. Room shown in picture is very different from the reallity. Poor service. No complimentary service. Room is dirty. Linens are also dirty. There is not a single chair also only a small tea table is there. TV is there but connection not given.

first of all I request to you all please after booking on any Oyo room please call the hotel and confirm the check in price. because I got too much problem on this. they demand their prices. second thing this hotel service is very poor. they didn't provide glass. have not sense. i request but didn't. food prices too high . bathroom condition not too good. in bathroom water logging. water speed slow. geyser doesn't work all bathroom .i don't recommend this hotel
