Super Hotel O Sarat Bose Road formerly Shree Guest House

I will recommend not to stay at this place not worthy of money they are charging. Rooms that they have shown on picture and the actual rooms were totally different. As we have asked them for change they have given as lame excuses that Oyo provide wrong picture on their website and we don't provide all the facilities that have been mentioned in the description. Even bedsheets were torn, washrooms were not clean. Worse place I have stayed in my entire trip.

Hotel Shree Guest House I recently stayed at Hotel Shree Guest House and had a wonderful experience. The experience was not so good. The rooms were terrible. Bedsheets were not clean. Bathroom door was yet to be repaired and tap was leaking all night. The toilet seat was the worst. The room was so tiny. Gutka spits were all there in the room. *NOT RECOMMENDED*

Rating 0 due to Staff Zainab's behaviour she did fraud, We booked room from the oyo app at the hotel and she did not let me pay online directly through the app she forcefully gave her separate upi scanner and told to pay extra amount where as in app I was having offer, She told aggressively on face i am in charge so you have to follow my rules, kindly make her understand shes no one both of us has to follow hotel rules rather before this we I visited I paid from app. Also on the time visit my guest came to meet they charged extra and the guest did not stay overnight we 2nd time we visited hotel told to compensate she denied and told they dont have any data. Its my choice whether i want to pay through app or in cash shes no one to demand and force.

Overall experience is good . Staffs are really good and very helpful in behavior. Vibes are really good and safe. Just need to little bit improvement in housekeeping and hospitality. They should provide drinking water without asking by guest and should change bedsheet on a day. Room infrastructure should be improved . The room I got has no door handle to close and open the door, we were using key to do this. Room No 302.

Rooms are clean but bit may feel small for some people..check in was so smooth and receptionist was so polite and friendly in nature... location also great ..

The person in the hotel will charge you extra for the laundry charges I also paid 500 for laundry charges. That is pathetic service I ever seen in this hotel. Is oyo will give me that money? No! Not recommending anyone to stay in this hotel. Perhaps Rooms are very small so dont recommended it.
