Super Hotel O Ruby Near Acropolis Mall

This is the worst ever hotel 8 have ever been to toilets were as dirty as it can be, bed sheets were dirty..even aftergetting the sheets changed they looked dirty and the smell from pillows and bed were disgusting.... rooms has mold on ceiling. We all fell sick .we couldn't stay there for the night...... I booked this place for visa purposes as it's near by vfs but couldn't stay the night and even after paying full amount for 2 days I had to change the hotel and I booked airbnb... OmG this was the worst experience ever.

Never book this hotel.. it is the dirtiest hotel ever. Toilets were broken and literally dirty ... sheets, pillows were stinking . Curtains were dirty looking. The disgust was beyond my imagination.... we changed the hotel and had to book something else .

The Room size is very small the size of the room are equal to the bed size. It is very difficult to move in the room. They charge a High rate . The rooms are book through yo online in low price but in the time of entry they asked aditional money. Which I call is a cheating to the customer

Worst experience with them. I have booked room through oyo app and paid in full amount online. When I went there for checkin at reception I was asked to pay RS 299 more. I informed that I have paid in full. He told that it is showing rs 299 to them after that they will allow with checkin. I told that see in my app it is not showing. Then he took my mobile and come to home page of oyo app then again gone to my booking then it was showing I have to pay rs 299 more. I asked him that I will pay through oyo app, then replied that if you will pay through app then it will take time for checkin as it will take time to reflect. So I have paid to their qr code there. He was also telling that it may be some offer applied at the time of booking later oyo has revoked. My question is, if at the time of booking offer was applied and I have booked then alos oyo can revoke the offer. What kind of cheating/fraud is this? Coming to returning money which I have paid at oyo counter. I have raised concerns at oyo customer care they returned the amount rs 299 but their process was so lengthy and difficult. They have sent link in which I have to upload my account details then they have returned. My second question is here, that why they are not returning by what means I have paid to oyo? Why oyo makes return process complicated? This is a serious question on their business character?

Booked through OYO for one night on 24 th Jan,2024, all payment was done online while booking, still the staff added another service from their end and demanded money. After this we contacted OYO customer service and the executive agent assured us that no service were added from our end and it was that reception staff who did that without informing us. Then that Oyo agent called the hotel but he didn't answer so we had to give the staff our phone to clear things up. The agent told the staff that they deliberately added that service without our consent and was charging us wrongfully and told him that if he didn't check us in then OYO would flag that property for misconduct. This continued for some time and the Oyo agent assured us that we would get checked in after their AGM gets to contact with the property owner. While all this was happening the reception staff had the audacity to ask us to get out. After a long time we checked in after all this harassment and humiliation. Although the fault was mostly from the hotel staff's end but OYO is responsible too. OYO along with the hotel staff don't have a sense of professionalism. Maybe this is the new standard set by OYO and their hotels, and we are being forced to accept this. Maybe think again before booking through OYO.

This is a great place to stay And I can't recommended it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in very quiet and peaceful location. The room's we had were very comfortable.. The owner's are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality. This may have been the first time we stayed here, It certainly won't be the last! :)
