Horrible experience - treated my elderly parents with zero respect! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Super Collection O Salt Lake City OYO Hotel. Before booking, I clearly informed the manager that my parents were traveling from Maharashtra and would be arriving late at night. He agreed and assured me there would be no issue with the late check-in. But when they arrived--just two hours later than the agreed time--the manager completely changed his tone. He rudely said they were "too late" and refused to open the gate. My parents, including my mother who has a knee problem, were forced to stand outside for over half an hour pleading for the gate to be opened. We chose this hotel only because it had a lift, to make things easier for her. Instead, they were humiliated and left standing outside in the middle of the night. The manager's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I have never felt so helpless and angry. OYO should seriously reconsider who they allow to run their properties. After this experience, I will never trust OYO again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Best experience. The hotel staffs are so humble. Rooms are also clean. And i love the food too. Overall a very good experience. I don't know why this hotel gets some bad reviews. My experience about thid hotel was fantastic

1 out of 5 stars. Avoid this place like the plague! Where do I even begin? This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If I could give it zero stars, I would. First of all, cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority here. The location was another major issue. It's situated in a dodgy area, and the constant noise from the street made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Forget about relaxing - the loud music and shouting went on until the early hours of the morning. Poorly maintained. Everything is old, worn out, and falling apart. It's clear that no effort has been made to update or renovate the place in years. Honestly, It's overpriced, under-maintained, and frankly, disgusting. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere - ANYWHERE - else. You'll thank me later.

It's a nice place. Three days before my family stayed there. We were so pleased to stay there as it's a nice and comfortable place with good service. And specially i interact with the owner of the hotel .He is so kind. We feel like a home there.

i recently stayed at Saltel, and I can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, everything about this place was a disaster. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting like I was a nuisance just for asking basic questions about my reservation. The room itself was filthy. There were stains on the bed sheets, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and I found hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The room reeked of stale smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room, and the AC barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot at night. To make matters worse, they charge extra for the most basic amenities! They tried to charge me 800 INR just to replace the stained bed sheet, and unbelievably, they even charge extra for shampoo! I've never encountered a hotel that nickel-and-dimes guests like this. It's clear they care more about squeezing every penny out of you than providing a decent stay. The noise levels were unbearable, too. I could hear everything happening in the hallways and even conversations from the room next door. The walls are paper-thin, so don't expect to get a decent night's sleep here. When I brought these issues up with the front desk, they shrugged it off as if this is normal. No apologies, no attempt to make things right. I tried contacting management, but they were nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but Saltel. This place is a nightmare, and I would give it zero stars if I could.

Worst experience ever. Not recommended. Service is very poor, staff is rude. Just looting money. Have been told 5k per 12hrs. Very rude and disrespectful staff

Very bad experience the room is an okish ,the bedsheet was dirty, and the washroom smelled funny tried turning up the exhaust fan it's so loud the building can hear the exhaust fan running,Tv was not working, The food was decent but so overpriced.

Dirty Rooms, Bad Food,charged 1100 per day but demanded forn800 for 1.5hrs early checkin. Rude behaviour. no cleaning on day 2.
