Terrible experience. If there was an option to give (-)5 star, I'd choose that one. Stay out from this hotel. Rooms are as small as like bathroom. AC was not working. TV was not working. Ceiling fan was not there. There is a wall fan instead of ceiling fan but unfortunately it also was not working. Room was dirty. Bedsheet, towel was dirty. See attached photos for room condition.

The worst hotel booked of my entire lifetime. After entry, we left the room and rebook another hotel at Wireless More, Barrackpore. Hotel name Sweet Dream. I recommended not to book the hotel for any family members or decent man. Very bad experience with OYO booking again

Worst experience, avoid this hotel. Worst staff, dirty room, dirty toilet, dirty towel and bedsheet, dirty pillow, dirty walls, tv not working, wall fan and it's also dirty, not even a soap provided in bathroom, charged double price for a bottle of water. When I checked in they asked my phone and open Oyo booking and they himself gave the rating for them 5star and marked me checked out and then gave me the room keey I didn't realised that when I went to room shaw the worst room of my life and when I tried to give them a rating via app I saw they already marked checkout from my phone and they take 5 star. There was a privacy issue in the hotel Don't go.

After reluctantly agreeing to stay offline, I was horrified to find the rooms in a deplorable state. They were filthy, with dirt and grime evident everywhere, and the stench was overwhelming. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority for this establishment. The behavior of the staff was equally unacceptable, as they were rude and dismissive throughout the ordeal. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they chose to ignore my concerns and offer no assistance. I urge anyone considering a stay at HOTEL SNOWFOX to look elsewhere. The lack of integrity displayed by the management, combined with the unsanitary conditions of the rooms, make this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and choose a reputable establishment that values its customers and maintains basic cleanliness standards.

Worst hotel ever you'll visit in your life. Not even 1star can be given to this hotel. Bathroom is so dirty as if it is made to spit gutka with wine. Bedroom is full semen stains. Google is not allowing me to share the pictures of this hotel. In case if it can allow me allow me to share the pictures it will get nominated as one of the worst hotel in world. Kindly do not prefer this hotel at all. Not even worth giving 100rs fo this hotel. 50rs kaatna overacting ke liye phir bhi 50rs deneka mann nahi karega.

Not up to the mark. The room was too small. The room consists of only the bed. There is no free space to walk or to sit .The taps in the bathroom were not working properly. Lots of outside noises. After 6 pm it becomes unbearable. Absolutely not recommended for a peaceful stay. Price of the food is not reasonable. Well I don't find any good reason to book this hotel for second time for myself.

Booked a room for only 600 rs. And they never asked anything extra from the online price. Very good experience. Unlike other hotels in kolkata they always take extra money from the online rate. But this hotel was exceptional in this case. Overall good stay.
