Hotel Staff behaviour very Bad I am continuing staying 4 night and I many times say clean my room but hotel staff not focused properly cleaning. Finally check out time not properly provide fresh Bill. I received Hotel Bill Cutting handwriting and take extra Amount... My experience was very Bad

They do not give importance about room booking by phone and the staff is careless. My experience in this hotel was horrible. We called the hotel for the last 2 months for room booking, but they kept delaying and finally they did not do anything and just ignored.

Manager of this hotel is a fraudster.. after dealing with us , he switched off his phone and ignored our message via whatsapp... At last from reception one of the staff told us due to rash of Christmas they failed to deliver any rooms to us ...

Worst room experience, full of cockroach and I can't sleep in this situation waste of money

The hotel room was average , but there was no lift in the hotel. The hotel staff at night is very rude. I am booking one night in an AC room but they didn't give me the ac remote. Check out time is so wrong. At 8 the a.m check out time is not good for all people. After check out time they can't stay there, not only 15 min. I am very disappointed with the night service staff behaviour. Thank you

When I reached the hotel and asked them for room they refused to give me a room. Cause is I'm living inside 200km from hotel. I needed a room for few hours to use the washroom. I admitted my mother to BR Singh Hospital in critical condition and staying on hospital premises from the last 3 days. Just need to refresh myself here. Such a shame to have a hotel management student.

Drawbacks:- No Lift facility No parking place or road upto hotel if you want to reach by car. Staff (specially night ) behaviour is very rude and always force to give tips without providing any service. Location : Good, just near the Sealdah Railway station. But not suitable for aged or patient person.

I stayed in this hotel for 1day, my experience was pathetic in terms of service, as they dont give any service but always ask for tip, room was average, no lift,no control over the AC,(as they dont give you the remote)
