Sapphire Comforts

We had a good comfort 2 day stay at Sapphire comfort . Nothing Fancy, but yet simple, neat & clean rooms. There is a big wardrobe, 2 tables one big and one small, Ac, and a TV too in your room. In washroom there is shampoo and soap, Gyser is also there for hot water. Their service was excellent staff are very polite and helpful. They response very quick for your requests. They will provide basic amenities like Drinking water, electric kettle, coffee or tea. We got complimentary breakfast which was good. Location was also good, away from all crowd and noise. There are few restaurants at walkable distance and a chat shop, food court etc. Overall it was a Gr8 experience we had a good time. Will surely recommend sapphire comfort.

The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping the room fresh daily, and the concierge gave great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Location: The location is one of the best aspects of this property. It's conveniently situated making it easy to explore the area without much travel. Public transport was nearby, and despite its central location, the room was quiet, offering a peaceful night's sleep. I had a great stay at the Sapphire Comforts! The rooms are cozy and clean but the best part was the food. The owner is truly a gentleman. He is very cooperative and well-spoken. I will visit this place again.

We had a comfortable and happy stay at Sapphire Comforts. The owner, caretaker and every other team member was highly cooperative and made their best efforts to ensure that all our requests could be accommodated. Highly recommended.

The manager out here named Saurav Pradhan is too humble and kind and caring. His dedication towards the services for their clients was amazing and the food was good enough and it could be further more better . The rooms are quite good and we had spent a good time in this place. Highly recommend.

The room was simple, nothing fancy, but neat and clean. cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained. You get basic amenities like water, coffee and tea with a electric water heater in the room. Soap and shampoo is provided in the bathroom, but toothpaste, brush, and lotions are not provided. I had the executive room with a balcony. The service was excellent. The staffs were well behaved, and very responsive to your requests. The food was also great; clean, healthy and hygienic. The location was superb. It is away form the hustle and crowd and all the noise, yet not too far from the market area. very peaceful location and full of greenery. the vicinity is very quiet, but only a 5-10 min walk takes you to the area with a lot of restaurants and shops. City center is also at a walking distance. there are also parks nearby. So, a very well balanced location. If you are an international visitor, they accept visa cards for payments.

Room was soo dirty and compact, it's better to book footpath than this property... Worst behaviour of manager and staff They are not giving even towels...fans are not working....rooms are dirty like a boys hostel

Excellent Hospitality and Very comfortable stay. Convenience of location is also a big plus. Very courteous staff and great dining experience. Overall a great and memorable experience.
