Roland Hotel

Very Small room and No space for turning or free walking. Also leaking AC. Hidden and narrow room entrance. Also no relaxation or walking area in morning hotel. I stayed at this hotel April 2025 and was initially happy with the room and basic services. However, I had a disappointing experience with the staff behavior. In the morning, I went for a walk on the rooftop after getting permission from the room boy. But while walking peacefully, another staff member came and spoke to me very harshly, ordering me to go downstairs immediately. I felt insulted and uncomfortable by the tone and behavior. There seems to be a lack of communication among the staff, and guests should not be treated this way. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to speak more politely and consistently. Also compares to this Hotel price very high small they are charged 4 stars hotel horrible price. Brake fast price also very high and no taste and bad Quality. Only best mean room boys and receptionist services very good. Other to very badly. Thank you

The hotel was very nearly maintained and the staff was very helpful and polite. Very much in the city center and has a very good locality. Very happy with the stay as we had booked two rooms and both were very well maintained. The in house restaurant was also very good.

The Roland Hotel is a good and Humble restaurant and I have a good journey with all the staff ,The best part of the stay is Such a nice rooms and pillows and Especially about the breakfast section is too good and I make sure to revisit the Hotel again and again

It's a decent hotel with a courteous staff. The amenities are good. Would prefer this on my next visit

Average hotel - with no good amenities. The rooms are not kept tidy. The linen and towels are dirty and seems to have not been washed for ages. The worker class staff are humble but their managers are rude and talk abusive. This shows the standard. I didn't have a good experience with the hotel furniture, cupboard, bathroom, etc. i would highly recommend NOT to use this facility. Upon your arrival / checkin the hotel will take the payment of your entire stay. This is done mainly because the hotel management feel the customer will certainly leave the hotel or change hotel due to their poor service and amenities. So they are not leaving any option for the customers. Once paid they hv to forcefully stay. Breakfast is not great. Very basic and average. The staff gets overwhelmed by the number of guests and they get confused as to which customer to handle. Totally disorganised kitchen management.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel.The rooms were thoughtfully designed as per international standards with proper utilization of space and super clean. We like the coffee table very much.The staff here were very co-operative and always eager to serve you wiitb a smile.The breakfast menu was too good..Thank you for your hospitality.. .
